The house and the atmosphere are great. Very pleasant hosts who show their guests a high level of honest trust. Would visit this house again at any time. Very pleasant, the nice sense of humor that lives there!!!!

We have already been on holiday at the Hotel Ostfriesland twice. We always found the owners very nice. The owner in particular always has a good saying ready. Rooms were always very clean and modernly furnished. Breakfast was always something delicious for us. Yes, there is a railway line there, but nothing runs there at night. Since we were out and about during the day, it didn't bother us. If you like it quieter, the location is in good hands there. Is more in a residential area. 🙂

The room and bathroom were very well equipped. The owners are absolutely warm and very hospitable, in short, a place to feel very welcome and comfortable 😊We will come back in any case. Our conclusion,Couldn't be better...Greetings from the RhinelandHanna and Christine

Nice, quiet and bright rooms, rich breakfast buffet. Family atmosphere.

We were definitely more than satisfied!Super pleasant welcome, the rooms were great and clean, there was always an answer to all sorts of questions and the breakfast was rich. Our room had a blind and a fly screen, which I personally thought was really great because it meant you could really sleep in. In addition, the mattresses were optimal. The sea can be reached from here in about 4km. There is, among other things, the possibility of renting bicycles in the hotel. This means you can leave the car parked for a while. However, if you are not that good on foot, there is plenty of parking space on site. A little tip from us: at the port of Norddeich you can get delicious fish sandwiches at fair prices (Noormann’s Fischer)! If you want to take a vacation on the North Sea, I can highly recommend this hotel.

Hello, yes I was here again😊😊😊😊 and I have to say the coffee was excellent again!!! As always, the buffet was generously laid out, with something for every taste bud. The room always piccobello. As always, Mr. and Mrs. Heckroth were very nice and friendly. I always feel very comfortable and in good hands here. I will come back🤣🤣🤣🤣

Very nice and well-maintained hotel

We experienced Mrs. Heckrodt's loving hospitality; we were avoided for 7 days, while other guests were treated in an overly friendly manner. On the evening of our arrival there was no warm welcome, but rather a tortured hello in response as we greeted our supposed fellow guest in a friendly manner. It was only clear to us at breakfast that we would meet the 'boss' in the evening. The breakfast was extremely manageable for me as a sweet eater, but after I asked the boss, from the next day onwards there was an excellent fruit salad every day, which the other guests also enjoyed. Sausage, cheese and rolls were very good and the individual, nicely labeled eggs were cleverly kept warm and were also very good. The coffee tastes terrible, but if you know that the coffee you don't drink is poured back out of the pot to warm it up, it's no surprise. Here it is better to opt for good tea. We were given the assigned small cat table by the door even though there was a nice table available directly opposite. My question that there would definitely be a better table was vigorously rejected by her due to Corona measures and we are fully booked. It didn't matter that other tables became free again. But we were given another table for the next day, which we were happy with. That's it for the advertised individual care of the guests. In any case, I was reminded of rigid bureaucracy and not hospitality. We had already booked 8 months in advance and with 7 nights, my mistaken expectation was that we would be able to get one of the other nice places without complaining. The fridge with drinks at fair prices was varied and filled daily. The rooms are clean and the service staff do an exceptionally good job. After breakfast our room was already made up every day - perfect. Unfortunately there are no racks for bicycles, but there is actually enough space behind the hotel. The guest room, breakfast room and terrace with two beach chairs were comfortably furnished. The Wi-Fi reception in our room was in need of improvement, but the access was otherwise easy to use to send home pictures of the beautiful surroundings. The rooms were designed with enough storage space, fly screens and the well-known railway line behind the house, but in a quiet residential area. The bathroom was modern and the bed also made a very good impression. Overall, we were satisfied with the location, room, breakfast and service, but we definitely won't book again because all the other accommodations were family-like, but not here. When you're excited to finally leave, I think everything has been said. There was a feeling that a lot of love and energy had been put into the house in the past, but now the air is slowly running out.

It was a wonderful experience to vacation there with my blind son. We would love to come back and have more time
