We received a very warm welcome from the Neukämper family and had a lovely time at the Alpakahof. The holiday apartment was excellently equipped and our Irish Wolfhound girl felt right at home.

We had four wonderful days with the Neukämper family. We were warmly welcomed and were able to contact them at any time with questions and requests. The apartment was well equipped. We also learned a lot of interesting things about the alpacas. The passion for the animals was really noticeable!Thank you very much 😊

Yes, what can you say, we had a slightly different idea of a “holiday farm”.The outdoor area is very unappealing. There is no lawn mowed and our short one had wet shoes in the morning because she wanted to go to the swing or seesaw. The equipment is a bit old." A barbecue area in the alpaca enclosure was very cool, but on the way she fell over "stumbling blocks" and hit her knee because the path wasn't quite finished yet. It worked Everything was a bit "overwhelmed". That means it was started here and there, but somehow the completion fell by the wayside.The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired and the hallway was a bit "musty". But you can perhaps understand that, since it is an old farm building and the house is basically attached to the stable.Fresh rolls for breakfast would have been desirable, but otherwise there was everything you needed for breakfast.We wouldn't make a recommendation now, but everyone has a different feeling. I'm deliberately avoiding the pictures with the bad spots here.

A good place to stay overnight. The holiday apartment was well to very well equipped. In contrast to the yard and the general appearance, the apartments were clean. When we arrived we would have liked to turn back because the "garden" (which was probably once a farm cafe) and the entrance area looked very unkempt. There were spider webs everywhere in the window frames that were older than just a few days... If I book such an expensive apartment for my vacation, then I want it to be clean and have a certain feel-good factor.

Very idyllic location. The garden with its old trees invites you to linger and, with a view of these great animals, has something very calming about it. I really enjoyed sitting there and reading. The apartment was very well equipped and the mattresses were very good. Otherwise you can cycle wonderfully, well-developed cycle paths. We felt comfortable.

Beautiful, new and very well-equipped holiday apartment. We were also allowed to visit the alpacas in the stable in winter. We'll probably come back, we really enjoyed it here!

Great, clean accommodation. The breakfast was sumptuous. The hosts are very friendly and showed us the alpacas in detail.The apartments are modernly furnished and everything is available in the kitchen. We were able to sleep soundly in the beds.The price was okay too.So all in all we would love to come back.

We booked a holiday apartment here for New Year's Eve because we were looking for quiet accommodation for us and our dog on New Year's Eve. We also thought that an alpaca farm would be something nice for our child.One positive thing to say is that the apartment is really large and well equipped, even for children. It was also relatively clean. However, we were unfortunately disappointed with the other points. Despite the fact that the hosts have alpacas, which according to their own statements are “flight animals” that get frightened by the banging, there was a banging in the yard, right outside our window, by the hosts themselves. In addition, there was very little contact with the alpacas, once We were allowed to go to the stable for 15 minutes, but only into the anteroom and look. Further contact was not desired. It was said that alpaca hikes take place in summer, but there are no such offers in the “low season” (but you pay high season prices over New Year's Eve). We realize that alpacas are not cuddly toys, but it would have been nice to at least stand a little closer to the fence or have a look at all the animals. Every morning our child asked if he could go to the alpacas, but we always had to refuse. We also didn't see anything from the farm cafe advertised on the website. It's a shame, we had imagined it would be so beautiful.

A great and cozy holiday apartment!Very nice and polite family. The rooms are clean and tidy. The kitchen is fully equipped and a baby bed is available upon request. A high chair is also available.The apartment is also modernly equipped and there are blackout blinds on every window. Simply all around, we can't complain and we'll be happy to come back!

Unfortunately we moved out on the second day. Our bathroom was not properly cleaned of dirt from the previous tenants and the shower cubicle was moldy. The outdoor area was also very unkempt.

Since we have often walked or driven past alpacas while hiking or cycling and find these animals simply beautiful, we came across the Neukämper family holiday farm by chance while looking for accommodation near the north. A great holiday farm with beautiful holiday apartments. The kitchen invites you to enjoy a leisurely breakfast to start the day strengthened. In the evening you can relax in the garden and reflect on the day. There are also play opportunities for children here. We have felt very comfortable here. Quietly located and yet a perfect starting point for wonderful cycling tours in the area. Whether by bike or by car, you can reach many tourist highlights very quickly. The ports can also be reached quickly so you can spend a day on the island of Norderney, for example. As a perfect ending, on our last day we took part in a rendezvous with the alpacas offered by the holiday farm. In 1 1/2 hours you have time to get close to the peaceful, sweet animals in the entire herd and learn a lot about them. This was really a very special highlight! In addition to this unique experience, the Neukämper family also offers hikes with the alpacas. If possible, plan one of these experiences into your vacation and you are guaranteed to have unforgettable moments. We would like to thank the Neukämper family for a great holiday and will definitely recommend the holiday farm and will definitely come back.
