So when I booked directly through the guesthouse I was brushed off and they probably didn't even try to express friendliness towards the customer... With the best will in the world, under no circumstances would I think about booking a room here again I'd rather spend more money and be treated accordingly. It doesn't work at all!!!

We stayed here for 3 nights and loved it. The rooms and bathrooms are spotlessly clean. Every day there is a small room service and the trash cans are emptied.The rooms are a pleasant size and have a sofa (at least on the upper floor) so you don't always have to lounge on the bed. The beds are very comfortable. The icing on the cake would be an insect screen on the window.There is a small garden with seating and a view of the Keilberg.The guesthouse is ideal as a start to a tour to the Fichtelberg.The hosts are friendly.The breakfast was good. There were enough fresh rolls and toppings, fruit salad and muesli.If you want to complain at a high level, you could complain that there were only packaged jams. Personally, I don't like them that much, I prefer a glass with a spoon for self-portioning.We can highly recommend this accommodation.

It is a family guesthouse. Ideal for travelers who don't need hotel fuss. The owner was very friendly, the room was spotless and quiet. The breakfast was great. Prices fair. Accessibility good. Restaurants nearby. Very happy again!

The Nennstiel family are very accommodating and friendly hosts. Good breakfast buffet. Everything very clean and tidy. Room location with a view of the countryside. Small terrace to sit outside. Parking spaces directly at the house and super cheap (€2). The center is just a few minutes walk away.There is a refrigerator with various drinks for you to order yourself. The rooms are comfortably furnished. The mattresses unexpectedly comfortable. The view is great.We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back next time we stay in Oberwiesenthal.When accessing the parking lot, drive in slowly and carefully, especially with larger vehicles. The municipality of Oberwiesenthal is quite creative when it comes to developing property access roads.

Very nice and extremely friendly host family. Room very spacious for 2 adults with 2 children. Breakfast selection very good and plentiful. Very cheap drinks on site at the guesthouse!

We had a wonderful holiday here. Everything was just right. Very clean room and bathroom. A kitchenette was available with everything you needed. The giant bed was very comfortable, we are very sensitive. The host, a friendly, helpful young man, gave lots of tips about the area. The breakfast was extensive and completely sufficient for us. Accessing the house by car is no problem.

Beautiful place to relax. Hosts are perfect, breakfast with a view of the mountains, quiet and cozy. Access to the parking lot was first explored on foot, but then no problem.

We were welcomed very nicely. The guesthouse is in a quiet location, but the ski lift and the town center are just a few steps awayWalking distance away. The breakfast was rich and varied. We will soon be traveling back to Oberwiesenthal to the Pension am Zechengrund!

We have been guests at the guesthouse for several years. The new operator has also confirmed our impression that we are always welcome. The breakfast buffet offered fully meets our requirements. The ambience of the breakfast room in particular impresses with its design that exudes comfort. Nothing stands in the way of further visits.
