We were here for Halloween with our little daughter for the first time and she was most satisfied! :) although she was small for the program, she enjoyed the children's corner and had a great time. As for the food, huge and tasty portions. Mainly Czech classics, I would also like something lighter, but otherwise fine.The staff took care of us immediately, even though at this moment they had the biggest frmol and rush during lunch. Everyone very nice and especially the lady with black hair (I don't see her name) who served us and was very nice even when she was there alone one evening, hats off.We would definitely love to come back :) thank you!

We were there twice for dinner. The service was very attentive and asked if everything was OK. The dishes were all very, very tasty and the price/performance ratio was TOP. What I would also like to mention is the excellent gluten-free concept.If we're in the area again we'll definitely come back. THANKS

We were only here to eat. Since I have to eat gluten-free, the guesthouse was suggested to me by my app.I am thrilled with the selection of gluten-free dishes and could hardly decide. The portions were large and inexpensive. We enjoyed it.The atmosphere is rather relaxed.Parking spaces are available.

It was a wonderfully spent week. Really luxurious facilities for children - several indoor play areas, outdoor playgrounds and animation programs for both small and older children.Food excellent.The service is nice and helpful.

We were here twice during our trip to God's gift for lunch and it was perfect. Portions are big, food very tasty. With the children, we also appreciated the large playground, where we at least had space to eat in peace.

for the Euregia Egrensis Summer Youth Camp (27 - 31 July 2024), I can only thank you as the main leader for the comfortable accommodation at the Arnika pension, for the friendly solution to all our requests and requests during the stay (shifting the time of lunches, dinners, changes in the planned program due to weather, etc.), for delicious food and accommodating in case of meals for vegetarians and diets, for kind and patient service of 30 children. Food good, varied, portions sufficient. Thanks for the possibility to use the sauna and hot tub. In the boarding house you can have fun (indoor games room, outdoor playground, common room), there are many possibilities for enjoyment and entertainment in the vicinity of Boží Dar, we will definitely be happy to come back.

Staying in a family pension definitely surprised me. I wouldn't consider visiting again... The staff would be nice, the dinners were delicious - extremely large portions. There is plenty of entertainment for children here, the guesthouse is clean. I was definitely surprised by the smell in the hallway and in some of the rooms. Accommodation in our room - surprisingly, with a bathroom in the common corridor on another floor, is a total extreme for the price of the accommodation.! The bed barely fits in the room. A plastic extra bed for a child under 3 was quite a mockery. Passive aggressive signs on almost every wall with information for guests and visitors mean a lot. I would advise the owners that the statement "less is more" would help them as well as "again and better". The price is definitely not proportionate compared to other places visited.

Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday ❤️ you are all wonderful, kind and very helpful. The children enjoyed their stay a lot. You have great playrooms and the playground outside is great. I especially appreciate the attitude and willingness of the staff. And once again, thank you very much for today's birthday wishes for my son - Mickey and Minnie will be remembered for a long time❤️ We look forward to our next visit, perhaps in the winter

We were only here for lunch and I definitely do not recommend it - Pork tenderloin - very chewy meat, not enough sauce to the point that I had to eat the dumplings dry, Spaghetti Carbonara - again not enough sauce, a plate full of oil - I wonder what the spaghetti Aglio olio would look like, just disgusting, the service she was terrible, completely unprofessional customer service and friends would rate it more like a school canteen. Definitely not recommended

We did not live in the guesthouse, but as visitors from the outside we liked it very much. An ideal place for children - both in the garden and in the indoor playhouse, which saved us a rainy afternoon. Staff very pleasant.

We were accommodated here and we are very excited, we are a gluten-free family, the food was excellent, homemade. A big plus for us is a complete gluten-free breakfast, animation program, live music in the evening. Service very nice. Thank you very much for a great stay.

Overall I absolutely cannot recommend. The price/performance ratio is not good and the behavior of the manageress is very unprofessional. We were a group of mothers with children on August 17-20, 2023. The price was quite high for the fact that most of them had a room without a bathroom (shared sinks in the corridor with other guests), specifically for us for 3 nights for 7383,- with half board (1 adult + 2 children aged 3 and 6). We thought that the high price was justified by all the advertised attractions such as the sauna and the hot tub, but we found out on the spot that it was paid for separately and, for example, the hot tub was drained and quite dirty, so it wasn't much of an attraction. Another problem arose when one mother from the group wanted to cancel her room six months before arrival. Not only did they not return the deposit, but they also wanted to pay the full amount for the entire stay in a rather indiscriminate way, which I found absurd and I have not yet encountered this, especially in a baby friendly hotel. Only the involvement of a lawyer helped. The food was very good and the service overall pleasant.

We spent 4 days here, the weather was not very kind to us and we were even more glad for the local indoor playhouses for children.The service is very pleasant, especially Mrs. Niky is very pleasant and kind to children.The restaurant sometimes closes around 9 p.m. depending on the guests, but it is possible to sit in the common room.I warmly recommend.
