I was here because I was on a tour through the Ore Mountains. I actually wanted to have lunch too. But a Tuesday is a day off. Even in winter? The second inn after many kilometers was the Auersberg. I didn't want anything more. I helped myself some soup. Well done, at all times. So, I can't complain and I'd love to come back.

I can't rate the hotel because I just wanted to eat something, but that was enough. Food cold and even the bockwurst cold and extremely unfriendly.

Yes, you could do more with it. Unfortunately, after Corona, time stood still there...it's so nice in this restaurant!!! Cozy!!

I only give the 5 stars for the place itself, it is very, very nice. We were there with our parents (85 & 86 years old) and they were also thrilled. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed even though it says "open" on the internet, no toilet 🤔 nothing. The lady at the souvenir shop was very nice and she also bought a few souvenirs... there isn't even a toilet available for her... only when the Auersberg Haus is open.... There can't be anything like that anymore at this time. For him You have to pay for the climb to the tower, if you want to look through the binoculars you have to pay money again...why not for using a toilet....should you then relieve yourself in the forest???????

I stayed there overnight when I rode the Stoneman. A great location with a great view (you could enjoy the sunset beautifully) and beautifully located along the route. The host was also easy to reach by phone when no one was there in the evening. If you are looking for quiet accommodation, close to nature and instead forgo luxury gastronomy, this is the right place for you.

Too expensive for a self-service restaurant. No vegetarian food for children, no fries or pasta. After much thought, my two found something. But for a goulash soup, a few Viennese including baked rolls and a soda 15.90 euros is pretty greasy.

It's not self-service, there was enough choice of soups, cakes and drinks, the nice woman in service was also very pleasant and could even smile, which other restaurateurs and guests have unfortunately forgotten. ;) The soups were delicious, we had potato soup & goulash soup, yes, the price is debatable.. ;)

Very nice restaurant, cozy, very clean and friendly staff. It's a shame that there was nothing vegetarian, not even a small salad or fried eggs. Maybe we can add more to that.
