Nice hotel on a busy street. Loud and not particularly. There is a traffic light a few meters away and the lamps shine into the rooms. The rooms are mediocre and far too dark.The beds are not suitable for tall people because they have a head and foot end.For the entire system you need a key that fits everywhere. You can use this to unlock the elevator and the rooms.The back is difficult to reach. There you find the elevator, which isn't particularly good either.The food is okay.

We've been driving past the Rebstock in the direction of Freiburg for years...since our regular restaurants were all on holiday, we had to stop at the Rebstock...and lo and behold...pleasant atmosphere...excellent service...very, very good cuisine...the best Cordon Bleu for years... would love to come back...

Hotel is on a very busy street. You're awake from 6 a.m. onwards. The "quiet" rooms are above the kitchen... and see the view in the photo. The best thing was the food was really good with seconds

Just there to eat and it's very tasty, prices and portions are very good, classic Baden cuisine, you can tell that the cooking here is done with love, there was only space towards the entrance, which was a bit restless because people often went out and in, which is best Please call and choose a time when there are not so many house guests and groups, service is very friendly, I'll be happy to come back.

I could not rec'd this hotel as there are no facilities... No Reception area... NO Bar area infact this hotel consists of guest rooms and dining area only No tea making facilities in your room .. so if you choose to stay in the hotel for a few hours you cannot get a hot /cold drink , unless you visit the bakery located next to the hotelThe food was acceptable but NO choices other than take it or leave it .. if you wanted a drink before or after your evening meal there isno bar area ,as a result you have to drink at your dining table..Breakfast is a continental buffet which offers plenty of choice... the dining rooms opens at 8am .. if your down early you will finish up in a queue either on the stairs or outside ..During the day the hotel is closed with only access to your room via the out dated lift / stairway which is located outside at the side of the buildingThe hotel location is isolated with regards amenities... the saving grace is the local bakery which is next door to the hotel ,, were you can get hot and cold drinks etc ...

Small hotel owner operated. Very good food basic but good .rooms OK but very warm with large shutters on windows (needed) as road busy.the village it is in HAS no bars or pubs so you are stuck in hotel on same chairs and at the same table as dinner so after an hour or so we went for a walk. Nice bakery next door. Remember this is a cheap trip and hotel so do not expect the ritzy a good base and the train station is only a ten minute walk for an excellent train service

We spent a week 17 to 22 July on a Caledonian coach holiday and were impressed by the location cleanliness staff and the excellent food with every meal.Cannot recommend this place any higher than 5 star.We would definitely stay again given the chance.An extra bonus was the travel pass for free use of local trains and buses which we made good use of to explore the area.Sue and Hugh Clark room 205.
