So you can argue about the kitchen because it didn't really convince me. The pork loin dishes were great, but the schnitzels disappointed me (water formed between the breading and the meat).The breakfast, however, was great!In addition to the open-minded boss, the service is superbly provided by a lovable whirlwind.The hard mattresses (in room 7) are a matter of taste, some like it, others don't...All in all, a lovely hiking holiday in a well-run hotel.

Were guests at the delegate conference for the North Rhine-Westphalia regional association today.The organizers were the hiking friends Holthausen-Huxel.A nice locationService and food top!!!

Unfortunately we can't say anything about the rooms as we were only there for dinner yesterday. It was very tasty and if we are in the Sauerland again we would like to come back.

Very nice restaurant with great food and good prices. In summer there is even a small playground for children. Absolutely recommended.

Nice hotel. Unfortunately I can't comment on the restaurant or the food because we, 2 adults and 2 children, were turned away right at the entrance despite the pouring rain. A larger group would be coming soon. That would be too much for the kitchen. Should we come back tomorrow...?

We will be here in May 2022 and June 2023. We were only here to eat as we were staying locally. So unfortunately we can't say anything about the hotel. The food here is very inexpensive and good home cooking. You can't complain about that. We were very happy with the food. The service was very accommodating, nice and polite. We will definitely come back again.

Everything just fits here!We were warmly welcomed and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Special requests/change orders were also accepted. There were no long waits and the food was excellent. The portions were enough to fill you up. Price-performance was also good.I can only recommend the restaurant and we will definitely come back soon.
