That's right, it takes 2 days to reply!I can definitely tell you that this hotel stay is completely unnecessary. Just come and have a cup of coffee. All regular guest rooms face the parking lot. And the room is very small. Only the villa type is on the same side as the cafe, facing the mountain. But the hotel is just an express hotel without any service facilities. The only restaurant is the cafe, which is only open until 7pm. The service was irregular. I booked a common room on agoda in advance and called the hotel two weeks before my stay to ask if I could change it to a villa room. The hotel told me that it is OK, and you can just go to the front desk to pay the difference. I contacted agoda at the same time, but there was no reply from agoda for a whole day, saying that the hotel could not be contacted. I contacted the hotel again and told me that agoda had not responded yet, but I wanted to ensure the villa room type. Do I have to pay the price difference through agoda? The hotel once again told me that I only need to pay the price difference directly to the hotel front desk, and the room has been reserved for me. However, when I checked in, I was informed that the villa was fully booked. I was very angry and told the situation during the reservation. A male waiter had a good attitude and said that agoda had the worst service among the agencies and that I had not contacted them. Another female waiter was arrogant and said, we don't know about agoda, you can contact them yourself. Because it was a non-refundable reservation, I could only stay in a common room. But then I saw the villa and felt that the price of more than 5,000 baht was totally not worth it. Since the hotel doesn't have any other services besides the cafe, the accommodation won't offer any more views and services than just drinking coffee. Moreover, as a hotel, dinner is only served until 7pm, which does not meet normal hotel standards, let alone charging such an expensive room rate. Later we went to a nearby restaurant, where dinner was served until 9 o'clock. The mountain view was unparalleled, even more beautiful than the one here. To evaluate it objectively, it is worth coming here to drink coffee, but not worth staying in, regardless of the room type.
