We were there with 3 families (6 adults 3 children). Ideal as four bedrooms on the upper floor. Also 3 bathrooms (one on the upper floor, the other two on the ground floor).Nice kitchen and living room. Everything you need in a holiday apartment is there. Unfortunately no dishwasher, but we knew that beforehand.The 2 refrigerators were also great for storing everything.The driveway was a bit of an adventure because the neighboring house is being built and there was a beam sticking into the driveway, but that will certainly be gone soon.

Modern renovated stone house by the road. Nicely equipped kitchen (no dishwasher or microwave) with O2 TV and internet, 3 bathrooms with toilets, 4 rooms. Excellent communication with the owners.Unfortunately, the beds are a disaster! They are children's (140x200) and so are the mattresses in them (foam 10 cm). Not sleeping and not resting is a problem during everyday hiking in beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately, this spoiled our impression of the accommodation.

What a wonderful property! Lot of charm and attachment to details! I have spent a lovely weekend with my family! The owner even made me his famous Italian cappuccino twice!

Absolute satisfaction. We enjoyed a perfect stay with friends and children. The owners are warm people who genuinely care about the satisfaction and comfort of their guests. Everything was beautiful, clean, cozy, prepared. Nothing to complain about and we will definitely be back.

Beautiful place, everything in perfect order, including the access of the owners. I really highly recommend it, nothing to complain about. In front of the house, a great grill and sitting area, inside a pleasant kitchen with a living room and currently 4 rooms on the first floor (the ground floor is still being finished, but the accessible places are already quite ok). There is a double bed in each room, and a comfortable sitting area on the first floor.

This was my first stay at Casa Santini and it definitely did not disappoint.First of all, the property is very well located, very clean and attention to details.Acoustic isolation is great, the room is completely dark due to curtains, but if you prefer the fantastic sunlight (room was really luminous), it's easy to reconfigure.Location is perfect, no need any public transportIt’s also a quick walk to the old town square and many other of the city’s tourist attractions.The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.There is even a fantastic terrace where you can enjoy coffee during the days.I can definitely recommend this place for your next stay in Jáchymov!

It is a beautiful house for a pleasant vacation for a larger group of people. It is close to Karlovy Vary, Jáchymovské lázně and the ski slope. Nice sitting outside, you could also grill. Willing and kind owners. Very nicely furnished and completely clean. :) Not far from there is a restaurant with excellent food. I highly recommend it.

Newly renovated stylish and modern accommodation, fully furnished, clean, cozy and functional in every way. The owners are incredibly pleasant, accommodating and helpful people. Communication worked great from the start. Excellent location. A strategic starting point for hiking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was one of the best holidays in nature. We will definitely be back!

We stayed with my husband and son, there was a comfortable extra bed in the room and the whole pension was clean, beautifully furnished and there was enough of everything. The weather was ideal for walking, and in the evening a great grill with seating came in handy, where we also invited new friends from Jáchymov. I have nothing to complain about and we will definitely come again.

Beautiful place, close to Karlovy Vary. Beautifully renovated rooms and friendly owners who are pleasant to deal with. We will be happy to come back here, because we haven't seen such a cozy accommodation in a long time. I recommend.

We stayed at casa Santini it’s an outstanding house with a unique style. Cosy, very beautifully furnished and very clean. The view is truly amazing, beautiful sunset and sunrise you can watch right from the window of the bedroom. We enjoyed everything, absolutely wonderful place. Very close to the city center. The house has everything you need. Highly recommended! Thank you.
