A wonderful hotel located in the middle of the forest. Pure relaxation and peace! Our room on the upper floor, with 5 beds, had a wonderful view and was very tastefully and functionally furnished. The breakfast buffet offers everything you could wish for. The many playgrounds on site are also wonderful for the children. Both behind the hotel and next to the restaurant. We will definitely come back.

A very picturesque mountain hut, which is part of the PAM Resort. The wooden paneling was pleasant for me, the rooms spacious, with adequate older equipment (I would not recommend it to people allergic to dust - older carpets that were full of dust). I would blame the very soft mattresses on which I literally fell to one side and I do not weigh more than 70 kg. The pillow felt like I had nothing under my head.Meals were served at the Bellevue cottage, where on the first day we didn't even have a clean tablecloth, and the big dogs ran around as they pleased and almost ate from our table before the owner took him away (I have nothing against dogs, but I have respect for them - especially when I take two-year-old children with me, which the dog can immediately knock down or bite - although the owner can claim how friendly the dog is). Otherwise, it is a very pleasant environment for children and relaxation.

The hotel is in a very nice location. The rooms were quite nice but there is no WiFi, the TV was completely out of tune, the remote control was broken and the bathroom felt very uncomfortable to me. But what is very positive is that the food in the local restaurant was really excellent.

A very pleasant mountain hut, the smell of the wooden paneling was pleasant to me, the rooms are spacious, with adequate equipment. I would only complain about two things. The pillow made me feel like I had nothing under my head, and folding it into quarters didn't make it any better. And the second was probably the attenuation mode of the heating at night, where I woke up several times with cold.In combination with boarding at the Bellevue cottage and a very accommodating approach regarding extra beds for children, I can warmly recommend it.

Accommodation older, but clean. Very friendly staff and good food. We had half board. Breakfast - a large selection, nothing was missing. Dinner - soup and a choice of three types. All delicious.

The hotel is located in the beautiful surroundings of the Ore Mountains with a view of Klínovec. The sunrises are beautiful, but so are the transitions of clouds over the mountains. Depandance Petr is a wooden building that deserves more care, by chance, we couldn't get into the room because the key somehow kept turning, we had to use force on the shower door to close it, the towels and sheets were leaky. Forget these shortcomings and enjoy nature, it's worth it. There are no crowds like in the Giant Mountains.

The hotel has a fantastic location in the Fichtelgebirge. The price-performance ratio is absolutely excellent. The staff is very nice. In the attached restaurant, the menu is very extensive with fish dishes, international dishes, Bohemian dishes and children's dishes. I got a children's meal without any complaints. The prices are very cheap even by Czech standards.My room was large and spacious. It was furnished in a rustic country style. Not everything was brand new, but everything was clean and worked. As a person with orthopedic problems, I was able to lie very comfortably in the beds. They were also very good. The view from the window was fantastic. The bathroom was very narrow, but the shower was very large and worked well. The accommodation has a very good location. You have a great view of the foothills of the Fichtelgebirge. The outdoor area is nicely decorated. There is also a small children's playground. There is also an enclosure with two lynxes. For this extremely low price, the small breakfast buffet was more than good. You can have breakfast inside or outside with a beautiful view.
