We were in apartment 30 at Seestrasse 70.Checking in/out was very easy and quick.Let's see if we can get the deposit back as quickly.The room/apartment was equipped with everything you needed and the room layout was well done.Unfortunately, the hygiene of the bathroom wasn't great when we arrived.I then decided to clean it again myself.You should also take a look at the general condition of the bathroom. We feel this should be renovated. (Shower wall dirty and loose, cupboards already very worn out).Otherwise, there is a parking space directly behind the house and the foyer is also really impressive with its large plants.Of course, the location of the apartment cannot be topped. Right on the beach.That's why we're coming back!

Strandstr. 21, apartment 6 "Antonia". Apartment is okay. The bathroom was not clean upon arrival. The cleaner's statement the next day was that she "doesn't use any chemicals now, she won't do that now." The question is whether this is always the case after a tenant changes. Hygiene standards should be adhered to! She then disposed of the garbage from the previous tenant. The shower head could do with descaling, but that requires chemicals.The drain in the sink is just disgusting and stinks. Only chemistry helps.If you open the house you will notice a strange smell. Same in the apartment. It simply stinks. Even with extensive ventilation it cannot be removed.You can't sit on the sofa without resenting the picture above it.All cutlery was dirty upon arrival.The fact that one small room should serve as a bedroom, even though it is full of clutter, is rather questionable.The lock on the apartment door is so old that you can't get in if the door closes. Very difficult with children. The agency is no help, but just hands you a note from the locksmith. Apparently this happens more often, otherwise why would we have flyers to hand out from the locksmith?! The landlord could make significant improvements here!Carpet in bedrooms is simply not an option in rental properties. And the one in this apartment is really great.We find garden chairs in the living room inappropriate.The location is good. Highly recommended to the Italian. The bedroom facing the street is very noisy.

We were in Zingst from July 22nd to August 2nd, 2024 and had a great, beautiful apartment in Haus Krabbe Wohnung 2. It has everything you need in a vacation apartment and my family and I can't complain at all. Next year we're going to Zingst again but let's see which holiday apartment we end up in this time. Unfortunately I can't find Haus Krabbe on the website 😢.It was a really great time. But what wasn't so great was that the bed in the bedroom on my husband's side squeaked and cracked badly with every movement he did. But that wasn't the only mango, otherwise it was perfect🥰Many kind regardsScholz/Schmidt family

We were here a week ago and I have to say very friendly and nice staff, since we got there a little earlier we still got the key straight away and the apartment was great, we felt very comfortable. Keep it up.

Stayed in Zingst from June 2nd to June 8th, 2024, apartment 12, Friedensstrasse 32, it was a beautiful, clean, well furnished apartment. We were totally thrilled and booked again for 2025. The formalities went smoothly and the deposit was transferred very quickly. All in all it was a great week in Zingst, so I'll say it again!

The holiday apartment in Zingst is the finest. Facilities are upscale and have everything you need. The rental is well organized. The transaction went smoothly. In the office and on the telephone I was treated helpfully and friendly, almost warmly.

Holiday apartment Mare Friedensstraße... super clean, apartment exactly as described. Service on site was very nice and accommodating. Would definitely book again :-)

We had dinner in Hafenstr. over Easter. 38 Whg. 5 in the center of Zingst booked for 4 people. This is perfectly equipped and practically furnished. Shortcoming: Contrary to the description, there was no WiFi and there was no information available, for example about garbage disposal. All we found was a key for a garbage room that obviously no longer exists..!!??In the end we were very satisfied...

Our apartment was directly opposite the pier.Seestr.30 . The apartment was very clean. We knew there was no balcony. But we were hardly there.In the summer it would be a bit restless as the footpath ran directly underneath. It might have been a little tight for a dog, but it was still possible ;).The apartment is provided by a doctor couple. Here's a big thank you from us.

We booked apartment 24 on Likedeeler Weg to spend a very relaxing week in beautiful Zingst. Very centrally located and within easy walking distance of everything... it started with us carefully asking at least an hour early whether we could get the keys. No problem at all.....the handover was very friendly and uncomplicated and the return will also be uncomplicated. Then we came into the apartment and were completely thrilled.....super clean, huge (there were only two of us) and everything you needed was there.....really great..... lovingly and yet practically furnished .... the house is pleasantly quiet at any time of the day (of course it's not the season, I hope for everyone after us that they feel the same way. ) just great....there is still something to complain about at a high level. .... the beds creaked and squeaked so much that we didn't get much sleep on the first night... so we quickly put the mattresses next to each other in the living room and made ourselves super comfortable :-) .... After a short inspection, we decided not to use the balcony furniture (I think you have to take a look before the outdoor season starts! .... and what we were completely wrongly worried about in advance..... we'll get the apartment warm???? Yes, absolutely!!!! I'm a super big frostbite and didn't even have to freeze here!!! ) all in all.....thank you very much for the great time here...kind regards Yvonne and Dirk and unconditional recommendation!!!!
