We had another lovely few days of holiday in a property owned by the Hausdörfer family. The equipment of the holiday home is really very good. Everything has been thought of here to make you feel at home for the time being. Things that you don't want to pack for your vacation are here (for example barbecue equipment/accessories). As I said, guests can expect a small holiday home with very good interior design. You will find a complete kitchen with fully automatic Jura coffee machines. Coffee beans, spices, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, etc. are also available. The living area is also very comfortably furnished. With a large fabric couch, cozy blankets, fireplace with firewood, pictures, decorations, DVDs, games, reading lamps, etc. - everything is great. In the upper area the parents' bedroom also has satellite TV, bathroom with shower, bathtub, soap, etc. The children's room at the top is "only" suitable for sleeping. So quite small. But enough. The fairly small garden is fenced. So if you don't have children or pets, you don't have to worry here. On the terrace there is a beach chair, parasol, seating, charcoal grill with accessories.The Hausdörfer family is doing a lot of things right here again. However, I would still improve a few points: The grill grate is rusted or not in good condition. We didn't want to put our food on there. I would swap it or have the caretaker on site clean it properly. That's just complaining at a high level. However, we would like to give the owners useful information and describe our impressions to other holidaymakers so that they know what to expect. The lamp in the bathroom above the mirror cannot be turned on. Unfavorable when shaving. The fly screen in the upper hallway is broken. As I said, everything can be fixed quickly. Anyone holidaying here should know that this is a terraced house, with neighbors immediately to the left and right. What also really bothered us was that WiFi was included here. However, this can really be forgotten. The WiFi comes from the caretaker, who lives diagonally across the street. The reception outside on the terrace is very weak. Not at all inside. In times of high inclusive volumes, that's actually not a problem. However, there is zero reception here (O2 and Vodafone). No phone and no internet. So if you want to surf on your tablet comfortably in the evening on the couch or listen to your music, unfortunately it's not possible. If you have children and want to turn on Netflix in rainy weather - no option. In my opinion, this should be included these days, right? A functioning WiFi doesn't cost you much in fees either. But it's actually standard today. I would either improve it or just not advertise it. In addition, this holiday resort is located on a site similar to an old holiday camp or military site. Gotta like it. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the beach. We will definitely book a property from the Hausdörfer family again. We wouldn't go on vacation here again. But you have to see that the reasons for this, such as this situation, are not the landlord's responsibility.
