We were booked as three adults in one of the log cabins. According to the description for 6 people. One photo showed a room with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. In fact, there are only these rooms with real beds. The other two people should sleep on a pull-out love seat in the living-dining-kitchen, which is about the same size as the double bedroom. Unfortunately, the sofa could not be folded out with normal effort. The two-seater sofa was also the only comfortable seating in the living area in a house for 6 people. The mattresses in the bunk bed are simple foam mattresses and are not suitable for adults. There is a wardrobe and a chest of drawers in the bedroom. In the room with the double bed there is only a kind of locker with 6 pieces. The shower in the bathroom doesn't have a proper separation. After showering, half the bathroom is wet. The heating (end of October) was automatically turned down at night, which meant it was quite cool in the bathroom in the morning. And unfortunately nothing dried there either. It was then offered that one person could sleep in the neighboring house that had not been booked. A nice, but actually uncomfortable solution, as you have to go out in the dark at night in bad weather to be able to sleep. There was no entrance lighting.Unfortunately, we didn't have proper riding advice either. The young woman at the service point was obviously a bit overwhelmed. We only stayed for 3 days instead of a week. Conclusion: Not recommended for a group of more than 2 adults in the cold season. Things are certainly different for families with children in summer.

It depends on what goal you are going there with. We had asked for Baltic Sea rides or rides in the Barther Bodden. Of course it was possible and it took 30 minutes to get to the Baltic Sea. Great. So we booked. Just go to the water with our horses without much effort. When we arrived, the reservation went haywire. (We had already paid) ... then we booked 6 boxes (connected) ... it said a total of 20 per day, everything included, pasture concentrate, hay etc ... What was boxes distributed in the 2 stables and then not even side by side... the tack had to be carried up a (huge) hill and we had no idea where it had to be stored, so we left it in the trailer. Then we asked when to feed, we had ponies who only got muesli... well sometime between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. great statement! ... continue where you can go to the pasture - you now have to book the pasture for €20 per pasture per day. We were already at €120 for 1 horse/3 days. GreatNow to our accommodation there was this mountain... up up up down... good training but not a vacation... There were a lot of things that didn't work in the huts (we had 4 huts) sometimes the light sometimes something else that was worth getting excited about The highlight wasn't that there was NO RIDING POSSIBLE in Barter Bodden, it was too muddy and rocky (too high a risk for the horses). OK, then we'll ride there on Saturday, it's only 30 minutes... well, I think... ride not at all but 40 minutes drive per tour....Conclusion from the WE it is not recommended for horse owners who want to go beach riding...(That doesn't mean that families who want the equestrian farm flair shouldn't go there. It's just right for them... but not recommended for people who go there specifically for the water!

We went pony riding here twice with our daughter (3). Very beautiful area and just fantastic along the water. The farm is beautiful... but of course designed for tourism. Even though it's great to just have a pony handed to you, the person in charge should already have some idea. Our ponies weren't exactly happy about having to go for a ride again.

Beautiful, well-kept facility with an idyllic, not too large camping area. Have been here in almost all seasons now. The staff/riding instructors are all very friendly, committed, professional and respond to individual requests. The gallop/lagoon ride with Marie was very nice and a lot of fun. She has a great view of the group and you feel safe. Gladly again :)

Visit in September 2024 as a day trip, great facility in great surroundings directly on the lagoon, very friendly team, rooms very clean and well-keptConclusion: absolute recommendationCriticisms (hence only 4 stars):The gastro offering in the Hof-Café is probably very good otherwise, but unfortunately that wasn't evident that day.The equestrian shop could be expanded and, above all, better integrated so that you can try things on and buy something.

An absolute paradise, not just for horse lovers. We spent our summer vacation with the caravan at the Bernsteinreitern in Barth. The pitches are beautifully laid out in the middle of horse pastures. The view is beautiful and it is very quiet. The horses appear very well cared for and have plenty of space. The staff treats the animals very lovingly. My 7-year-old daughter and I were not good riders until now. In the 10 days our riding level improved many times over. We went horseback riding every day and were able to learn a lot.The staff was always helpful and fulfilled all of our wishes.A special thanks goes to Angelina and Cathy. The two of them are incredibly great.Thank you for the instructive riding lessons, the many funny moments and the wonderful rides. You are MEGAAAAA ;-)We look forward to seeing you again soon.
