We have been coming to Ponyhof Meier every summer for 13 years and are always thrilled. There are riding lessons for children and rides for both beginners and advanced riders. The food is excellent, especially the rich salad buffet.The Meier family runs the farm as a family business; they are very friendly and always open to the wishes of their guests.There is a swimming pool across the street, which is both indoor and outdoor.There is a nice playground and a large play barn. Also rabbits and goats to pet.

The Ponyhof Meier offers an excellent holiday experience for the whole family. Not only is the food delicious, but the fantastic salad buffet stands out. The children can let off steam to their heart's content in the spacious play hall and on the playground. Younger children and older people have the opportunity to take part in a relaxed pony hike with a covered wagon. If you prefer to ride yourself, you can do so on the friendly ponies, depending on your ability. The accommodations are also well equipped, with separate children's rooms, ensuring a relaxing holiday for young and old. Overall, the Ponyhof Meier offers an all-round successful holiday experience that leaves nothing to be desired.After 41 years, we can only recommend this

Our stay at the Meier Pony Farm in Eslohe was simply fantastic!Particularly noteworthy are the cleanliness of the farm, the fresh, homemade food and the super friendly staff.The farm is in a beautiful area that is ideal for hikers.The riding program was ideal for children of all ages and was very child-friendly. There were great horse rides for the older children, which were also well organized and led excellently by the carers.We will definitely come back and can only warmly recommend the Ponyhof Meier!

Great holiday farm for children, very well behaved ponies, good riding lessons, great play barn, campfire with stick bread in the evenings even in winter. Very, very nice operating family and employees. Really great value for money. We'll definitely be back.The room was functional, very clean, the beds were quite hard in my opinion.There is plenty of home-style food, unfortunately a lot of it comes from the deep fryer. The large salad buffet is great for vegetarians. Unfortunately, during our stay, 80% of vegetarian alternatives to meat were frozen and also from the deep fryer.

We, especially the children, had four wonderful days. Everyone got their money's worth.You are well looked after, we didn't lack anything, we didn't even feel the need to leave the farm because there was no boredom.This can be called a “pony farm” 1 to 1!Particularly worth mentioning is the good performance of the riding instructors. All the girls tried hard to respond to and help every child.The kids also thought the “new” play barn was great.Cleanliness is also very important; here it is up to the respective guests how well it works.We were more than satisfied with the food, there was always something for everyone.If you have any problems, you can always talk to someone.The pony hikes last about 2 hours through nature, here two children share a pony, a tractor with a covered wagon drives in front, so you don't have to walk alongside when changing...!What we also thought was great was that there were clear rules on the farm (safety when dealing with the ponies/hiking) that were always followed!We'd love to come back!!!

Dear Meier family.We spent the weekend at your beautiful pony farm with our son Hannes and our friends. It was just beautiful ❤️ The rooms were clean and modern, the food was delicious and the campfire in the evening with stick bread was such a nice thing.The ponies are very sweet, well cared for and sweet. We especially fell in love with Baloo, who carried our son good-naturedly and safely on both pony hikes.It's also nice that you can help look after and get the ponies ready. The mommies Bibi and Tina also get a feeling.The play barn is of course also an absolute highlight.We have booked again for next year.Thank you for the great time and see you next year.I hope our son continues to enjoy riding for a long time 😅

Our family has been regularly visiting this wonderful pony farm for more than 40 years and now 3 generations. We always look forward to the morning pony hike, the delicious food afterwards and seeing the happy faces of the children. As parents, you're on vacation because your children can let off steam in the beautiful playground, in the new indoor playground when it rains, and of course preferably in the horse stable, in the straw bed, with the rabbits and goats, and quickly make new friends. The evenings are cozy and when the weather is good, a romantic campfire with stick bread is often offered. The rooms are very clean, the food is suitable for children, but also a highlight for every adult. The prices for possible riding lessons and drinks are very moderate and absolutely fair. When the children happily fall into bed in the evening, adults also have the opportunity to relax in the small but very nice wellness area. We particularly like that children of all ages can have fun.Spending your vacation in the beautiful Sauerland is also recommended from an ecological perspective. The Meier family has always been very contemporary and the switch to solar power, a new and ecological heating system and the always loving care of the animals makes this holiday special from this point of view. The only problem is saying goodbye every time the beautiful days of the adventure weekend or holiday week are over. But the certainty of having booked a reunion straight away often makes the pain of saying goodbye to the children more bearable ;-)

We have been here twice, most recently my son as part of a school trip. However, we don't need this experience again. If 18 children with a gastrointestinal infection have to be picked up, nobody needs that.What makes me pretty angry is that the (puke-filled) dining room was only cleaned by the cleaning staff a day later. The educators and teachers cleaned everything up, but without the necessary cleaning supplies. It's a shame, because I really like the farm. It's great for families and group rides too. So perfect without a virus.

Dear Meier family, we really enjoyed spending our carnival weekend on your farm. The room was very clean, the yard was very clean. Your animals are cared for and happy. And above all, you and your service were just super friendly and very attentive. We thank you for the great vacation. The food was also absolutely delicious. We will definitely come back and can recommend you wholeheartedly.

Great place. Lots to do for kids. Adorable ponys. We had a ponywalk. The playbarn just opened. It's amazing, especially when the weather is bad. Could use some heating. Goats and rabbits are around for cuddles. The staff is really nice. The house and the rooms are clean and nice. The food is delicious. Def worth a visit!
