A great holiday experience, the house was 1 a super, the new sauna was perfect. The destinations all around are known. The 2 grandchildren loved it. The only drawback is that keys can be picked up very late. Is it very difficult to get there despite the well-known roads because of the road construction authority? Everything was closed even though the streets were clear, no one knows why!

Cozy furnished semi-detached house. Everything you need is there. Very quiet location.

The Blauvogel nature adventure village is beautifully and quietly located on the outskirts of town where there is no through traffic. The houses are well arranged. There is enough parking space. In order to find the key to your house and to the holiday village itself, you really have to use the link that you receive by email. The key can be found in a safe near another holiday village. Our house was well equipped. A few small repairs would be necessary here and there, for example. Wardrobe doorknob that you suddenly hold in your hand when you open it.Unfortunately, I received no response to my email request about the breakfast rolls process when I sent the check in details.According to the notice in the house, a bread roll car always comes on weekdays...we waited in vain the first morning. So we always drove to Netto in Hasselfelde (5 minutes).There is no reception (like many holiday villages have) here (so no contact person).There is a new, beautiful, large sauna house at the holiday village.A forest lake resort can be reached a few minutes from the village.

Very nice

We spent a week here with three people and a dog. It was a very short-term holiday but booking went without any problems. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and, after consultation, I booked house number 36 via www.blauvogel60.de.We then paid for the house for the week on site when we handed over the keys. What was stupid was that you can only pay in cash here. This is interesting in this day and age (Corona) but not a problem. However, a note before arrival would have been an advantage.It tastes fantastic in the Rebentisch pub. Both breakfast and evening. Super nice service.Top!A bread cart comes every week. The baked goods here are also very tasty.The house itself was great, although it took a long time to get it warm. It is very conveniently located so that the neighbor cannot look into the windows. The WiFi is free, but unfortunately not usable.It's very noisy in the house. Everything was there in the kitchen... However, if the spoon is sharper than the knife, it would be time to change the cutlery.There are enough poop bag dispensers for the animal family members. If there were now trash cans for proper disposal, it would be perfect.Unfortunately, there is a big minus point for the “forestry” that is “active” here. We had put up a small electric fence for our dog. There are no fences here, so anyone can get past the terrace. Since some people here disregard the leash requirement and children playing like to run across the lawn behind the houses, the small fence was a good alternative to avoid unwanted contact...The forestry industry saw it differently. The very unfriendly gentleman said that putting up a fence was not allowed. We wanted to ask where it was written and explain why it would be better to leave it alone, because it wasn't bothering anyone... but we didn't get a chance to say anything. He didn't let you finish at all.Proper communication was therefore not possible.We're talking about an electric fence here... not cast in concrete, erected with a crane and 4m high, but a simple fence that leaves no trace after it's removed... he said that the green area doesn't belong to the house, we can yes, fence in the terrace with the fence... interesting...He also can't constantly warn people to keep their dogs on a leash, he doesn't have time for that and it's not his job... (but it's probably getting on our nerves...) well... the good gentleman is so busy that he kept “popping by” to see what the fence was doing. That can get annoying over time.So we probably won't be vacationing here again... a shame. The rest was beautiful... the area was also great for hiking.When the keys were handed over on the day of departure, the gentleman from the forestry department took the keys... Strange. He said that he had nothing to do with the houses, but was only responsible for the green space... whatever. The week is now over and we had great weather.

We have been there about 6 times in the last 20 years. A beautiful new sauna house was invested in, the house equipment is okay. Good as a starting point for Harz activities, for which you should, however, use a car.

It was a great vacation, the houses are perfectly furnished, you can do a lot and relax. Ideal for children, we would love to come back

Very nice adventure village to relax for young and old.The area is very nice for walking and hiking.Sights are not far from the adventure village, the famous stalactite caves or the Rappbode Dam and much more. A visit to the adventure village is definitely worth a trip.
