We liked it. But there is still room for improvement. Our wedges weren't enough. A little gravel in the hollows and it's good. It also turns green again on its own. The tall trees gave us shade. But watch out for dead wood here. There are very nice hiking trails from the site. The bus runs every hour during the day, with connections to many Harz attractions, etc.The operators are on site or just a phone call away. The cleanliness is good and significantly better than the previous operator. You can argue about the prices or you can find out more beforehand. There are various restaurants and shopping opportunities in Hasselfelde. We can recommend the Gasthaus Burgstieg in Stiege. Good German cuisine. The price-performance ratio convinced us.

We were there one night. Sanitary facilities were super clean. External kitchen. Since we arrived after reception closed, it was no problem to spend the night there. You can reach the operator by phone and pay the next day for Harz explorers, a good location

Quiet campsite with spacious unmarked pitch. Excellent sanitary facilities. Unfortunately, the on-site restaurant is closed. Be careful when driving on and off the site with a motorcycle on a steep gravel path.

Very friendly host, cold drink in the respa🍻 for the morning you could order fresh bread. It is also possible to rent rooms for larger groups.

What a wonderfully quiet place, in the morning the cows are woken up by the cows that change pasture, on to the wonderfully clean showers because the Germans invented Sauber. …

Four stars because the restaurant is closed. But it was mentioned on the website. But we didn't really mind. Since we only stayed overnight, she wasn't very enthusiastic, but she welcomed us very nicely. We were allowed to stand wherever we wanted. The pavilion is a great place to sit and charge your smartphone. Showers and toilets are clean and always accessible. Even trail riders are welcome here. Box or pasture are available for this. There are also a few animals here on the farm. Away from the campsite. I hope that the beer garden and the restaurant business will open again soon. These are closed for personnel reasons. Very unfortunate.Otherwise a mega campsite 😍

We always went to motorcycle meetings here. We got something to drink, otherwise there was nothing going on. Everything was empty, the owner said it was always full of motorcycle groups. But that didn't make the impression at all. The terrain is great.

Unfortunately it was a bit disappointing. The location is very good, the staff was also very friendly, but otherwise the stay wasn't particularly good. We were looking forward to a cozy campsite with a nice, advertised beer garden. But apparently this didn't exist at all/or it probably wasn't open (although you can't necessarily call it a beer garden either)The sanitary facilities are completely poorly lit and the showers, which have to be used with shower tokens (which still have the hefty price of €2.50), have such pressure on them that it is uncomfortable.
