The location in Kippenhausen was perfect for us. The place offers more peace and quiet than the main town of Immenstaad. The surrounding landscape is very beautifully varied. And the district's connection to 2 nearby federal highways is very good for excursions.We didn't use alternative means of transport such as the free bus on the lakeshore.The abundance of fruit fields could also be a very attractive photo backdrop in spring when the many fruit trees are in bloom. The Ragg family's bread roll service is very nice for a relaxed start to the day.The personal highlight was that, despite the stress of the harvest, Ludwig took a few hours of time for us to explain the work of a fruit farmer in the field and farm at the respective location.

Hello, we spent 9 wonderful days on the orchard, the apartment was equipped with everything you needed, the whole family was helpful and a great contact for questions about the area, the apple orchards were great for walks, and we immediately fell in love with the farm dog Rondow closed, unfortunately the farm is 800km away from us, so we can't just stop by. Dear Ms. Ragg, we felt very comfortable with you, thank you for your time

We stayed at the Ragg family's fruit and holiday farm for 12 days during our summer vacation. Our apartment was on the first floor and was clean and modern and comfortably furnished.The farm is run by a family and offers a great “base” for all kinds of excursions near Lake Constance, in the quiet village of Kippenhausen.Our son (7 years old) also quickly made friends on the farm and played the table football, the small playground and the Kettkars with them.As a guest, you can buy fresh fruit and other seasonal delicacies directly from the producer, e.g. apple juice, jam, cherries.At the end there was a tractor tour of the orchard, which we and the other participants really enjoyed. There was a lot to discover and something to snack on.We really enjoyed our time there and the hospitality of the Ragg family.

A very good starting point for exploration tours and excursions. We'd love to come back. The junior of the family was a stunner last evening 🫐🍎🍐🥂🥰. Also absolutely suitable for families with children. I rarely write reviews, but I felt the need to here because everything was PERFECT. If you are looking for holiday accommodation with sustainability in mind, you have come to the right place with the Raag family at the fruit and holiday farm!!! Very, very friendly and open hosts. There is a bread delivery service, breakfast service, a transport service on arrival and departure, free WiFi, the possibility of using a washing machine, barbecue facilities, shared use of the garden and a self-service counter for drinks. Anyone interested has the opportunity to go to the orchard with the hosts and also go on guided hikes (in the Alps) and bike tours in the area. There are plenty of playmates for the children (Kettcar, etc.), as well as a table football, pool table, table tennis table and badminton rackets. The sustainability aspect is underlined by log central heating, which is fired with our own wood, as well as solar panels and energy-saving lamps. We'll definitely come back again. The Heustock holiday apartment has a completely modern bathroom and a new kitchenette with everything you need for self-catering. A great accommodation in a great location!!!

Nice accommodation, well organized, hospitable. We were even allowed to take the tractor into the field. The apartment has some details that are not suitable for children. For example, the bathroom can be locked from the inside. It is not possible to remove the key. The lock is permanently installed in the door. And the windows in the children's room are too low...If consumables are running low, report it early. It will be refilled, but only individual units per demand. Coffee machine (filter coffee) and tea maker are available on site. If you would like to use the coffee machine, you should bring your own ground coffee and if you like tea, you should bring tea bags.

Pleasantly quiet location a few minutes (by car) away from the hustle and bustle of Lake Constance.Very friendly hosts. Fruit, juice and spirits from our own farm.Rooms simply and comfortably furnished. The bathroom leaves nothing to be desired.Beautifully designed garden that invites you to linger.
