We had a wonderful stay at the “Sunny Four Seasons” in Oberstdorf. It is a holiday home with 8 apartments in a country house style. We had a wonderful mountain view from the balcony of our apartment number 7. The location was perfect for us - quiet enough to relax on the balcony, but still central so that everything (baker, supermarket, bus station) could be reached on foot in just a few minutes.The hospitality of Mr. Eltrich is particularly noteworthy. From him we received valuable tips for excursions around Oberstdorf.We can only recommend this accommodation and are already looking forward to our next vacation!

Super nice location, short distances to the city, we were there with the whole family including the dog and had two apartments. A great accommodation with underground parking space. Apartments are well equipped. The beds have great comfort and are just great. The owner showed us the most amazing hiking trails and gave us a vacation that you won't forget. Thanks again for the great vacation, we will come back as soon as possible.

€65 final cleaning for a 33 sqm apartment is probably more than overpriced.The overnight prices are also too expensive for the apartments in the house.I've been going to Oberstdorf all my life, it's much cheaper, much nicer and cleaner.

Anyone planning their vacation with Fam.Eltrich should urgently take out travel cancellation insurance.Unfortunately, we had to cancel our third stay in the "Sunny Four Seasons" house 10 days before the start of the trip due to an emergency with an inpatient hospital stay.In the end, this was even more expensive for us than the regular total price of the booking, as we were also charged a cancellation processing fee of €50. So much for the topic of “guest-friendly cancellation”. From a legal point of view, the Eltrich family has secured themselves well in this regard, and from a human perspective, like us We know them as regular guests from the Oberstdorf hosts, far from it.Too bad!!!

A wonderful holiday in fantastic surroundings and excellent accommodation, which we recommend 100%, is coming to an end.We were warmly welcomed by the extremely friendly, helpful and hospitable owner who, with a lot of enthusiasm and passion, gave us insights into his homeland and gave us great tips and recommendations for hikes, walks, bike tours and swimming lakes.With the included summer mountain railway ticket, we were able to use the surrounding mountain railways free of charge.We lived in a delightful & cozy, very well maintained and well-equipped holiday apartment in the “Sunny Four Seasons” house. The attic apartment has been furnished with great attention to detail, has a beautiful room layout, a pleasant room climate and a sunny balcony, which invites you to have breakfast in the sun in the morning with a fantastic mountain view.We particularly liked the ecological health aspect under which the house was painstakingly built and equipped by the owner.After an active day in the mountains, you can relax to the fullest in the hotel's wellness area. The elaborately self-built warming room ensures optimal relaxation. There are also 2 whirlpools, a solarium and a foot care facility that invites you to relax and unwind.The location of the accommodation is central and yet quiet. Everything (bakers, shops, buses, ski jumps, hiking and walking trails) can be reached in a short time.We look forward to seeing you again soon :)

Beautiful holiday apartments in Oberstdorf. Quietly located on the outskirts of town, you can quickly reach the center of town on foot. You can leave the car parked. 2 minutes walk to the bakery. We always enjoy coming back.

We spent two weeks on holiday in a holiday apartment in Haus Hanni; The holiday apartments in Haus Hanni are furnished in a rustic country house style and have all the necessary technical comforts; Our holiday apartment had a large balcony. We really liked the apartment. Haus Hanni is located in the center of Oberstdorf in a quiet side street. Bakery, grocery store, bus station and train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. We'd love to come back!
