We booked the igloo hotel in 2023 and unfortunately had to postpone it due to illness (498 euros were withheld). We then booked again for 2024 for 428 euros and in January the time had finally come and we were off to the mountain.Unfortunately, I fell in the igloo bar area and was taken straight to the hospital by mountain rescue - emergency surgery. My companion didn't spend the night there either. Back home, more operations followed.At some point in between, the bill for consumption on site came up, which unfortunately got lost in all the chaos with hospital stays.However, instead of sending a reminder or a reminder email (contact details were known), a debt collection agency was immediately commissioned, which of course also entails expenses. I imagine customer friendliness differently! In addition, with the background that for both stays, both of which could not be attended, almost €1,000 went into their coffers. Of course we have consumed and are happy to pay for it, but I find it really a disgrace why they immediately hire a debt collection agency for a comparatively ridiculous €97 without any reminder letter or reminder.For that reason alone...quite clearly...in any case NEVER AGAIN Allgäu Events...ADDITION REGARDING ANSWER:-since the information was not given to me “as a private person” I had to hire a lawyer.-The question of culpability will still be clarified by the court.-The claim that I said that I don't pay is a lie and I will also pass it on to my lawyer.

An unforgettable experience with a great team and top service. We lost a cell phone and the entire team did everything possible to find it even after we left!Our overnight stay in the suite was simply unique - from arriving in a snowstorm, quickly clearing blue skies, a wonderful sunset in fresh snow and a swim in the private hot tub under the stars... all in all a dream!

An unforgettable adventure. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great when we arrived, so the sunset hike didn't take place. But this didn't put a damper on the evening. The two young guides did really well. With your unbiased nature, you were always good for a joke or a cool saying. I had booked the engagement package. I can only say thank you to the whole team and the organization for this unforgettable moment. Everything went well and the surprise effect was successful. When we came home from our extended vacation, we even had mail from the "Igloo Lodge". A great surprise that we were really happy about. Of course you can't compare staying in an igloo with a star hotel, but we can say it was simply a great experience. And thank you again to the whole team. A great process from booking to saying goodbye after breakfast.

Spending the night in the Igloo Lodge was really an experience. Great, young team, great location, everything well organized. The igloos are simply and comfortably furnished, great dinner, chilled atmosphere, ice bar, nice people, all around a success. It was really fun!

Our children gave us an overnight stay in the igloo lodge as a Christmas present and I have to admit, we were a bit skeptical. Now I can say that it was a unique experience. It's amazing how much ice and snow is built here every year and how much effort goes into making the guests' stay as pleasant as possible. Our 3 guides were in a good mood and were always there for us without intruding. You could tell how much they enjoyed their work in this special hotel. Welcome cocktail, sunset hike with musical accompaniment, cheese fondue with as many seconds as we wanted, bar service with music, night tobogganing with the Zipfelbob, sauna before going to bed and, last but not least, a hearty breakfast in the Höfatsblick restaurant the next morning - an all-round successful program.In addition, there was super sunny weather the next day, which we took advantage of to take the cable car to the summit cross of the Nebelhorn and from there watch the skiers and enjoy the wonderful view. All in all, a great and unforgettable weekend.

It was a great experience.The igloos are lovingly prepared, the food [cheese fondue] was excellent, the service was very good and always friendly. The panorama is very beautiful, when we arrived the foghorn lived up to its name, but the next morning the visibility was clear and the sun even came out. Unfortunately, you cannot watch the sunrise from the location of the igloos. It wasn't cold at night, the sleeping bags keep you really warm. It was sometimes a bit too touristy for us and the prices weren't cheap either [a trip up and down the mountain, for example, had to cost €38.50 per person. Additionally solved], therefore 4 out of 5 stars. All in all, an unforgettable experience

We had booked the suite and were really looking forward to the hot tube. Unfortunately, just where we wanted to go in, the water was only 29 degrees “cold”. So let's get out and into the sauna. Chris immediately tried to do this and the error was quickly found. It was still a shame because it was already too late for us to visit Tube again. But nobody can do anything about the technology. That's why we don't blame anyone for it.You should definitely take part in the sunset hike. Fantastically beautiful view. We were really lucky with the weather too. The food (cheese fondue) was ok and the drinks at the bar were also sufficient. We actually would have liked a few cocktails. But it wasn't a broken leg. The party in the evening and the tobogganing made things really well. Great team and we really felt comfortable with you. The next morning we enjoyed a hearty breakfast at the Höfatsblick in the wonderful sunshine.

Nestled in the wonderful and perfectly fitting mountain world of the Nebelhorn above Oberstdorf, the Igloo Lodge will be remembered as a GREAT TIME.First of all, the Igloo Lodge is easily accessible via the mountain railway. The support from the igloo guides was always excellent and the three of them always put everyone in a good mood. The supporting program was great fun: starting with a successful sunset hike, followed by the very DELICIOUS CHEESE FONDUE. This was followed by night tobogganing - a HUGE FUN! And of course the bar sweetened the rest of the evening in the MAGIC INDOOR ATMOSPHERE of the Igloo Lodge. With conventional, warm (ski) clothing it is actually NOT COLD. A visit to the barrel sauna rounds off the evening - and then it's off to the EXCELLENT SLEEPING BAGS, which keep you wonderfully warm. In the morning, the igloo guides wake you up with a hot morning tea, which starts the day in a relaxed way. Finally, there is a RICH BREAKFAST in the mountain restaurant next door. Many thanks to the whole team for all the effort - everything is great - keep it up!

An unforgettable experience, the igloo was nicely decorated, there was a small bottle of Piccolo and other nice things. The instructions given by the guides were clear and left no questions unanswered. We were fully provided with drinks, food and tea in the morning. There was a sleigh ride and party in the ice bar. The cases in the igloo and the sleeping bags kept us warm well. The breakfast at the Höfatsblick was also very good. All in all it was a successful event. I would recommend it.

From February 16th to February 17th we stayed in the igloo that my husband had received as a birthday present. Thanks to the really great team. It was a really great experience. It's incredibly beautiful where you are. Great evening with food, music and an illuminated toboggan run. Finally, a visit to the sauna. The night was beautiful and actually warm because there are really nice sleeping bags here. You were woken up with tea before going to a really great breakfast. It was an incredible experience that will certainly be remembered for a long time. It's just great what was conjured up in the snow here with a lot of effort. Many thanks to the 3 boys Pius, Armin and Emil for their support. After the welcome we were able to enjoy a fantastic sunset. With this natural experience we went to dinner, and the great cheese fondue should be mentioned here. Afterwards there is a bar, night tobogganing and a sauna before going to bed. There is even a toilet container for human needsI completely slept through the night in the igloo in a cozy sleeping bag until we were woken up at 8 a.m. with warm tea. Finally, breakfast in the mountain station and a special experience came to an endOnly the additional costs for the uphill and downhill journey spoil the otherwise great overall impression.

A very nice experience. Everything was well organized and the evening hike was brilliant. We had a fantastic sunset, the weather was fantastic and the evening went by so quickly, there wasn't a minute of boredom. The tobogganing and the party were really fun. The guides were also very nice and did their job really well.We can highly recommend it. A great experience.
