Clean (!) very cozy rooms, a great breakfast (rich selection, always topped up AND delicious), helpful in many ways, super friendly, always a smile and an open ear! Anyone who wants to hike in Oberstdorf and doesn't need any wellness bells and whistles would be crazy not to book here.I would do it again without hesitation!Thank you very much for everything!

Very nice hosts, the hosts were always open to various concerns and we felt completely comfortable in the accommodation. Rich breakfast - we were often asked if we were missing anything for breakfast. A week's holiday in the beautiful Alpenhorst guesthouse. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. After our wonderful excursions, we always enjoyed coming back to the beautiful holiday home. We had a great week at the Alpenhorst guesthouse. It was our first visit to Oberstdorf and the accommodation was an excellent starting point for the hiking highlights around the town and in the adjacent valleys. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The daily breakfast is definitely one of the highlights.The guest card was also very practical, allowing you to use most buses and cable cars free of charge in the summer.

We were guests of Anna and Tobias for four nights at the end of April. It was fantastic. You can tell that they are passionate hosts, which is reflected, among other things, in the first-class breakfast buffet. There is a refrigerator in the basement with local drinks and small snacks. Drugstore products, board games and books are also available. So rainy days are no problem either. Anna provides detailed information on questions regarding outdoor activities :-).Our room was clean and the adjoining terrace with a covered seating area was the icing on the cake for the cozy evenings. Simply to fall in love with. We'll definitely be back.

The Alpenhorst guesthouse is definitely worth a visit for everyone. The hosts Anna and Tobias will take care of you and make you feel comfortable. The location is perfect, you can walk into town. The rooms are very well maintained, the interior design is very charming and with great attention to detail and a direct view of the mountains. The breakfast is wonderful, it has everything and is of the best quality, everyone gets enough here. I can only recommend everyone to spend their vacation here.

If you are looking for a wonderful experience in Oberstdorf *Allgäu, then the Alpenhorst guest house in Reithallenweg is the right place for you. Anna and Tobi took over the Alpenhorst in December 2022 and turned it into something very special. After your arrival you will be warmly welcomed and shown to your room. Cleanliness is the top priority. Breakfast is available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and is just the right thing to start the day.Thank you Anna and Tobi for the great time, we'll see each other again soon!

We had room 7 and were very satisfied. The location was great as it was a quick walk into the village. The breakfast was sufficient and could be varied individually. The owners of the guesthouse were very accommodating and check-in and check-out were also very uncomplicated. We'll be back!

If you're looking for a wonderful experience in the Allgau region of Germany in Oberstdorf than look no further then Gastehaus Alpenhorst. Anna and Tobi pleasantly hosted my girlfriend and I from October 23-25, 2023. To start we were warmly welcomed and shown to our room, which was a spacious room with a seating area, a few dressers to hold any extra items or clothes, and a neat and tidy bathroom. The presentation and cleanliness was such a great start to our stay.Next, breakfast is served each day from 8am-930am and is just what you need to start your day. It is a very traditional German breakfast so if you're looking for authenticity then this is spot on. If at anytime you're needing to get some water, a beer, wine, snacks, sweets, chips, etc. then there is another area that will satisfy those early morning or late night cravings.Anna and Tobi then gave us plenty of options of fun things to do around the city, which is also very close, and routes to some of the best hiking and views that can be found after summiting the Nebelhorn. This was such a pleasant experience we have already told other family and friends about this friendly, clean, and charming establishment. Thank you Anna and Tobi for such a great time we'll see you again soon!
