Accommodation that feels like it was newly built. The apartment is very well equipped, very well maintained and clean. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is right next to the living room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. There is a parking space for each apartment behind the house. For the first few days, the apartment is equipped with dishwashing liquid, tabs, cloths, tea towels and toilet paper. The beach can be reached in three minutes. Easy key handover in the office, nice employee😊👍🏻

Very modern cozy apartments! The small kitchen is fully equipped. The location is great! Very central and close to the beach. Restaurants, shops, bakers - everything nearby. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our vacation.We recommend taking bedding and towels with you, otherwise you will pay extra.

This was our second time at the Strandvilla Camenia in Kühlungsborn. We really enjoyed it again. The holiday apartments are quietly located in the second row between Kühlungsborn East and West. There are apartments with a view of the city forest/parking lot and apartments with a view of the hotel in front. As already mentioned, second row! The apartments are very modern and tastefully furnished. Everything you need is there. You can be on the promenade and the beach in 5 minutes and the east or west are within walking distance. We'll be back!

The beach villa Camenia is located directly behind the Hotel Arendsee. If you have a north-facing apartment, you are looking directly at an ugly wall. Nevertheless, the location itself is great, close to the beach and central. You can get to the east and west quite quickly on foot or by bike. The apartment is modern and has everything you need. The only thing that was very limited in our apartment was the storage options, even though there were only three of us.The apartment could have been a little cleaner upon arrival.

Beautifully furnished holiday apartment and not too hot despite the attic. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and will definitely come back. The furnishings are completely coordinated and we really liked it. View from the balcony into the directly adjacent city forest, parking spaces in front of the house. Less than 100m to the beach and everything else is within walking distance. There are storage rooms for bicycles.Kühlungsborn has a lot to offer. Perfectly organized, but the employee in the agency was a bit strange when handing over the keys.

Great effort, great apartment and comfortable beds. We liked it. Unfortunately, some apartments face a parking lot from the back entrance of a hotel. Were woken up at 6 in the morning by the deliveries. It would be nice if this were simply stated in advance so that you can decide for yourself whether you like peace and quiet or whether it doesn't bother you. You can also see the smokers and hotel employees from the balcony, just for your information :)Otherwise, great central location and high-quality facilities, bicycle room, etc.
