A nice and very clean oneCamping place. With a great view of the Wadden Sea (if you stand at the front). Now in the fall it's not full and despite the many children👍😃 it's not loud. We will come again.

A campsite with a fantastic view of the Wadden Sea. Despite the low seasons, a variety of activities are possible on site. The price is also completely reasonable (flat rate for electricity and water). Only the sanitary buildings are okay. As is well known, this is always up to the users. The temperature of the shower water and the room temperature could have been warmer considering the cold outside temperature.We would definitely come back.

Because of the location right on the water, GREAT but... 4****!We stayed here at CP Bensersiel for 3 nights in our motorhome at the beginning of September. We had asked for a quiet place and were given one at the last (5th) sanitary building. It was relatively quiet there if the neighbors weren't annoying, there is no separation, for example with hedges between the squares, with music, TV, or neighborhood meetings. However, the operator can't do anything about it.What we found negative:There are no separations between the seats, which means there is no privacy or wind protectionToo few water tapsWhat we found positive:ALWAYS very clean sanitary buildingsThe proximity to the water (if it is there😉)Restaurants etc. in town within walking distanceGood opportunities for cycling4**** from me!

We were here in August during the high season. To say it straight away - absolutely great for families with children. There is a lot on offer here. Before booking, it should be clear to you that almost 99% of a family campsite consists of families! If you don't want to be put off by the familiar sounds of children, this is the place for you. This place is not for quiet couples or those seeking peace and quiet. Although you don't get blasted with annoying party music and so it's quiet in the evenings even after 10 p.m., you're regularly surrounded by howls and screams from the little ones and sometimes the complaining parents during the day... I'd like to say right up front that the place can't do anything about that is also not included in the rating! 4 stars because there is really a lot on offer, the sanitary facilities are clean, but sometimes the operation is adventurous. The shower's water interval is set far too short and every time it is restarted there is a rush of hot water before it switches back to the set mode. Unfortunately, this means that the shower interval is even shorter. I think it's a shame that after the toilet there are only 2 hand basins with an outdated hand fan. Unfortunately there are no permanently installed hairdryers on site. I would have expected from a place like this. The mini market also offers a little too few products for so many people. WiFi - nope! Doesn't work. They're already pretty close to each other. Many people also park inconsiderately, taking away more of their own space from their neighbors. The other positive reviews from my predecessors are mostly correct. I think the location is very nice, but I wouldn't come again because it's just too loud for me and there was somehow a lack of togetherness. It's also a shame that you're not officially allowed to fly kites on the beach, but many people still do it. Basically almost everything was ok as mentioned above, but that was due to a lack of research on my part.

Everything I prefer about campsites is here.Clean sanitary facilities, washing machine, dryer, a restaurant with good offers and a kiosk with bread roll service.Furthermore, the staff is quite friendly.

Nice campsite in front of the dike.Showers and toilets clean. You shouldn't confuse this with a hotel and everyone is responsible for their own cleanliness!The place markings should be more visible and also communicated better. Many of them are completely wrong and sometimes over two spaces because they park in front of the number in the middle of the space and not at the marking. Maybe a few signs would help.In any case, my neighbor had to move 3 meters to the right (stupidly).Otherwise everything is good.

Location, location and more location.The place borders directly on the sandy beach. Everything you need is nearby.The sanitary facilities are more than sufficient and super clean.Plots of 8.5 x 8.5m, you should know. Pitches are flat and many on grass. Some, in the front area, are standing on grass pavers in the sand.Which we didn't like, but still makes sense.The specification of the vehicle orientation.You should/must stand with the “living room door” facing away from the beach.Sand gets in everywhere... even in the door hinges, sliding tracks on the van, etc.You have to know. The view of the water from the awning is often not possible.I also found €4.50 for electricity per night to be steep.What we would find nicer would be a slight enclosure of the plots with trees, bushes, etc.Without it, we always perceive it as loveless.Possibly not possible here because there may not be as much growth on the lake side.As a tip, depending on where you are standing and want to leave the place.... that's a few meters away..... a wheeled vehicle could help.We don't live far away, so it's always worth the trip for a weekend trip. We'll be back.For the operators:The festival took place on August 7th, 2024, music can always be debated, but we and many others found the "party music" to be clearly one-sided "Malle"-oriented. There was room for improvement.

You can't be any closer to the North Sea. The campsite is nice... although very full, a lot of traffic, but we were at the back at washhouse 5... it was okay there 👍Wash house 5 was top clean... plenty of toilets and showers (it was a bit annoying to keep pressing the button, the water quickly ran out).The large playground is of course great.😍What I found strange was...we had rented a camping car...that the owners had to pay for the parking space for their car and we had to pay again for exactly that parking space...we had already been to a few places, we didn't have that anywhere.. .🤔The CP operator can't do anything for some neighbors... but the Swabians next to us weren't well received by anyone 🤘

Security is very unfriendly and doesn't even help if you get lost. Instead, they insult you and are extremely unfriendly to children and motorcyclists.

The campsite is too big for us. If you want peace and quiet here, you're unfortunately in the wrong place.We were here for 14 days and there was always a lot of loud music on both weekends. The seasonal campers do the rest. The shower house was always clean as were the toilets. But people who like peace and quiet are wrong here, we won't come here again.

No dogs, no stars.Actually quite simple.Added to this is the appalling behavior of the administration.We were there with a group of 7 people with 3 vehicles. Zero willingness to compromise because of the small, very calm dog. The gentlemen there know how to ruin your weekend!From a camper's perspective, you have to complain about the uneven and far too small places and the broken roads/paths.The only good thing I've found is that I now know where I never want to go again.
