Too bad! Unfortunately, after a long wait, we left the café without placing an order. The far too few service staff obviously did their best.Management seems to be too greedy here.Incidentally, there is only a shortage of staff where no one wants to work...

We would have liked to treat ourselves to a piece of cake and a coffee today. Unfortunately, after waiting 20 minutes at the table, we weren't noticed at all, even though the café wasn't even half full... it's a shame, but apparently they don't rely on guests here. We prefer to drink our coffee where we are perceived as guests!

The cakes are really, really tasty.We had five different ones and they were all delicious. All the pieces cost €6 or more, which isn't exactly cheap, but they were tasty and that's the main thing.We sat well and were served very friendly.

Every time I'm on vacation in Kühlungsborn, I like to come here again to get the delicious Hanseatic food. We have only experienced great service from friendly staff. Great, keep it up.

Pieces of cake are quite small and therefore unreasonably expensive! The taste is ok, but at least I can't recommend the gooseberry cake with bise!!! Service so-so!

We visited this beautiful pastry shop several times during our vacation.No matter whether inside or outside, we always had very good quality ice cream, cakes or warm dishes.This location is always very well booked. This means that, on the one hand, there is hardly any staff and additional costs continue to rise.There is a polite notice on a board asking you to please give the staff time.Everyone can imagine why.That's why we can't fully understand why Motzer still exists.The staff was consistently friendly, attentive and very quick.The quality is excellent.We can only rate and recommend with 5 stars.They're all doing a good job.We'll be back next year.LG, Merz

Obviously and it felt like nothing was going on. However, the employees have already assumed the speed of their guests to correspond to the average age. 25 minutes for a coffee and a latte macchiato, which are then served lukewarm, is not a standard for a café of this size.

Rolls are really tasty and big. The croissants, especially the chocolate croissants, are also really tasty. Prices are very intensive but still feasible for us, just patisserie. The waitresses were always very friendly. We really enjoy getting our breakfast here. Points are deducted for opening hours. It would be nice to open maybe from half past eight or eight and not just from nine. At least for selling bread rolls.
