Nice and clean hotel with a beautiful view. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the food was delicious. The spa area is manageable, but offers everything you could wish for with several pools, saunas and steam baths. Only the infinity pool could have been warmer. Cyclists should note that the hotel can only be reached via a very steep climb on a rooty hiking trail or federal road.

Rooms were perfect, service was friendly, wellness area was clean and attractive, the pools were unfortunately very cool. This may be pleasant in mid-summer, but 10-15 degrees more would be nice in mid-October.Dinner and breakfast were very good, we would like to come back.

Cyclists, no thanks. - Feigned friendliness.Access is only possible via the B13.Steep, narrow federal highway with heavy truck traffic. Accident focus.It is not advisable to ride these as a cyclist.We politely asked by telephone whether access was possible elsewhere.The lady at the reception felt overwhelmed and promised that the boss would call us back at short notice.... which never happened, not even after friendly recollection.What remains? A cheeky answer about booking and a cancellation fee of 193 euros.

There was nothing to complain about in terms of service, food and rooms, full marksThe only thing that needs to be improved is the separation from the relaxation area, you can't find peace there, too much noise can be heard from the pool area...

I would say the wellness area is getting a bit old.the infinity pool was cold and not lit in the dark.In both pools, 1 of 2 massage/bubble machines was broken.The sauna area is only half open. The infrared cabin also showed an error.The staff only responded with a grumpy “technical defect” when asked.
