One night with a lavish, good breakfast buffet

We spontaneously booked a double room for this accommodation via booking.com. Hard to find despite navigation. Hidden behind a construction site. The bakery was closed, as was the hotel. Directed to go "underneath" on a note on the door. There is also a construction site there, a dangerous narrow sidewalk. Why aren't future guests made aware of the problem?! We were still able to cancel free of charge at booking.com. That was our luck. Very bad style of hotel management!!!

The room is friendly and clean, the cleaner is reliable and friendly. I still gave the service the worst possible rating because we were annoyed about the breakfast buffet on at least nine out of ten days. Things were always missing and it took far too long for them to be replenished after a complaint was made. These were not isolated cases. On the last day, for example, E.g. juices, fruit, fruit salad, pastries and cereals. It didn't matter when we came. Sometimes earlier, sometimes later, something was always missing. The service staff who sometimes walked around only carried one thing at a time, which led to considerable waiting times. Trays would help!There were also individual events that struck us as particularly unpleasant. Once the remains of the two cereal glasses were poured together before they were refilled. But there are people who don't like raisins and also others who don't like chocolate or can't tolerate it. If you can't rely on the contents of the glasses, it's annoying. It really annoyed us why missing forks were filled when we were told, but none were given to us, even though they were carried past us. When you get scrambled eggs and can't eat them because you don't have any tools, and then when they've already cooled down you have to get up again and walk to the buffet, it's really unpleasant.There is hardly any noticeable service at the buffet for house guests. Walk-in customers who have breakfast there are treated completely differently. My conclusion: even if the accommodation is well located and affordable, I will avoid it in the future.

Der eis kaffee ist perfekt.
And other products are looks promising.
Unfortunately all gast hauses, restaurants etc. are closed
around in 10km at least so there's no choice to go anywhere else 🤣🤣

You don't expect something like that when you see the little bakery from outside. Beautiful, modern, spacious rooms, everything is well-equipped and extremely well maintained. The breakfast was a dream. Instead of 0/8/15 cheese and baked rolls, a higher quality selection of cheese and cold cuts and of course delicious rolls at bakery level. And very important to me: large milk coffee with lots of milk foam. Clear recommendation!

Wow! We spontaneously booked this hotel for our trip and the previous speakers were very enthusiastic about it. Large room with sufficient blackout curtains (we had a small child with us) and a great breakfast with very tasty ingredients and beautifully prepared egg dishes and coffee specialties.Nice location right on the market square with a view of the castle. No own parking spaces, but this is not necessary as you can unload and then park free of charge in a public parking lot just 100m away.100% recommendation!

Modern and quiet rooms (unless the chime bothers you). Located directly on the market in Kipfenberg. Very nice employees who gave us local tour recommendations. Breakfast buffet rich and tasty with fresh pastries and scrambled eggs and ham on request. Great tolerance also towards our wild gang of children. I would have liked a few more hooks for coat racks in the family room and something in the bathroom to hang up wet towels.
