We are traveling as a caregiver tripI was here once in 2018 and unfortunately I have to say that nothing positive, beneficial, and new has happened since then, be it in the rooms, in the shared showers or toilets and certainly not in the common room or the kitchen, except perhaps the dishwashers. .The shower fittings are partly loose and the shower heads are mostly calcified.I don't even want to mention the hygiene aspect...There should be a water floor squeegee available in every shower room, as well as sensible economy toilet cisterns. And above all, clean shower curtains...(which are also washable)...I can understand that a certain butget requires everything to be repaired in a modern way.But if a rental takes place then at least pö a pö should be invested in this holiday accommodation. The kitchen appliances need to be brought up to date.A uniform range of glasses as well as crockery and cutlery etc.The mattresses are the last thing... Some of the rooms are overcrowded with beds and there is no space to move...In a 6-bed room there should be enough storage space and not just an old, tattered shelf and an old chest of drawers with drawers stuck diagonally in them and also full of grease.Outdated sink fittings in the guest rooms themselves.Furthermore, I think the furniture looks like it has been thrown together from bulky waste...Curtains partially hang down from the suspension.I could go on writing this kind of Mengell list forever...I find it extremely sad that this facility has been left standing somewhere and no urgent renovation is taking place...But the first thing to do is create a proper entrance ramp. This gravel path is generally inappropriate/unsuitable for a holiday home entrance...where the mailbox is on the ground..So from me I give 0 points in all areas...

The rooms are well furnished and very nicely decorated. The outdoor area is tidy and there is a large play area for the children. (Remember to take a ball with you) The internet isn't great, but at my house it's no better either... A few board games would have been nice. We were there for a vacation and we had a lot of peace and relaxation. The nearest supermarket and gas station were easily accessible by car (in Klütz). In the next villages you could also buy homemade jam and juices, as well as fresh eggs and honey. So everything your heart desires is there.

Actually a very nice building but the WiFi goes out every 2 days. The network also leaves something to be desired. The rooms are sometimes a bit dirty in the corners. The kitchen and the common room are very nice

The rooms are very good but there is no supermarket in the area and the internet goes out every 2 days for the whole day. And mobile data doesn't work so well either. And you also have to cook yourself

The door was so brokenlock, you couldn't open a window, you could take it out and the door lock on another door was broken, you could take it out, it was always returned and the toilets smelled.
