We stayed in this hotel for 1 night. We had the impression that most (old) people come here to get treatment. They come to breakfast with a paper schedule for the day. The breakfast was very good. I think most spa guests are very satisfied. We were there more as passers-by. And thought we would do a day in the sauna. Expecting it to be something like Thermen in Valkenburg or Carolus in Aachen. But that was disappointing. Due to the nice weather and little interest in the sauna, the sauna only opened at 4 p.m. Of the 3 saunas, 1 was really hot. You can't go outside to cool off, because then you have to wear a bikini on the terrace. That's a shame, because it is a nice sauna. So for us as passers-by it did not meet our expectations.PS you don't have to be an animal lover, because it is full of deer antlers. Diana= goddess of the hunt

I can recommend it to anyone who wants to relax comfortably and at a level with excellent spa treatment care and the care of the entire staff, especially consideration for people with movement disorders.

Very nice hotel with an outdoor pool. As far as the hotel itself is concerned, we recommend it, but a lot of points are deducted when it comes to food. That's why only three stars. The food is not worthy of a 4* hotel.

Great hotel, great service, excellent spa. I have to admit that I haven't given 5 stars to anyone yet. Although here it comes close. But there are little things to improve. The pilsner in the restaurant is bad. Beer without a cut (biogon?). As part of savings in the bathroom, inadequate lighting. Apparently, the first generation LED and the fluorescent lamp is already very old. Television programs in the Czech language with a low level. So, we rather listened to the Olympic Games. One day problemswith waste (odor). However, the effort to eliminate problems is great. It's not the staff's fault. That is, a very high level indeed, but it is not yet 5 stars. Thanks for a nice week. Milan Stejskal

We have been regular guests at Hotel Diana for many years but will no longer be. Why... yes, where should I start, first of all I should mention that it feels like the guest is no longer in the foreground but only the profit, this has gotten worse and worse in the last few years. Since the hotel gave itself the title “Spa” and received four stars, we have of course raised the bar a little higher. Up to this point it was a spa hotel and not even a bad one, but just a spa, not a spa. The spa customer expects something different, firstly he expects to receive the necessary information at the reception... none, secondly he is happy when he is not stressed and can indulge in relaxation...well, also nothing... what was going on: a barbecue evening passed us by, where you had to register, so you didn't register and you didn't get any more food, not from the grill and not from the restaurant, because it's closed on the barbecue evening and That's it, shaking of the head and incomprehension on our part, of course it's okay and it's your own fault on the other hand, no effort on the part of the hotel, I forgot a 4 star spa hotel... well then, I went, found a nice fish restaurant and had an excellent meal, I would like to and can recommend this restaurant without reservation, its name "Fischerbastei" right on a small lake, within walking distance in 10 minutes,... back to the hotel, pool closed and lights off in the hotel, ah, pool closed, well, It was already after 8 p.m., so it's over, er, in the spa hotel, no, in the spa, I promise, we didn't want to have a pool party either, we just wanted to go for a swim... Hotel lights out, yes You can't be a night owl, there's no light in the stairwell other than the emergency lights, you can see the stairs and get there or not... but it doesn't matter, a bike ride is planned and started the next day, the wheel bearing is defective... well, somehow came back, planned another bike ride the next day, no air on the tires, reaction from the hotel... the guest himself, pressed the air pump in his hand, did okay and arrived safely again. The wellness package you booked includes three treatments, a back massage, an aromatic bath, a paraffin application...God in heaven, what is that...yes, it's good for the beauty of the hands and good for joint diseases, my wife and I have them no related illness, so to the sister, we would like to swap, well, you have to know what you are booking, I Deep, I probably didn't know, can we get something else, no, of course not, apart from gas bag or inhalation, those are probably cheap slow sellers, since we have nothing on our lungs, and finally took the paraffin bath with gritted teeth... well, it was as expected... the crowning achievement wasn't the misunderstood order in the restaurant and the offended reaction of the waitress, the early end of the Pools, the ban on taking your beer or spritzer to the pool, no, we endured everything, the best was saved for last, we made our justified criticism and... who would have thought, everything was dismissed, I don't even want to go into it Going into details, but no listening and certainly no understanding from the 4 star spa hotel, we have already visited a few spa hotels, but this was the crowning achievement...we didn't come back refreshed and won't be coming back. The hotel doesn't manage the difficult balancing act between treatment and spa, and then you're neither one nor the other. It would also be nice if the management would condescend to say a few nice words, in German, to the mostly German-speaking guests and not just see them as euro bringers. As a final word, stay grounded, higher prices are okay, but please stay within limits and always critically question your own service. Despite all of this, many thanks to the people in the “wellness area” who have done their best. Thank you

A really nice hotel in which we were greeted very friendly. We were particularly impressed by the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. We just wanted to spend a relaxing weekend with wellness and that was made possible for us there. The very well-kept outdoor area with 2 whirlpools and a beautiful swimming pool is highly recommended. We were certainly a lot younger than the average age of the rest of the guests, but that didn't bother us. Upon request, a massage appointment was available immediately the next day, which has not been a given in other hotels. So very, very great service and you feel very comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel is also particularly recommended, as it prepared excellent food and even special requests were no problem. The breakfast is also highly recommended, there was something for every taste, whether freshly baked waffles, fresh cake, sparkling wine or fried sausage and eggs. The rooms are certainly not super modern, like keys and safes, but they are very clean and tidy, especially the beds are excellent. We will definitely come back and thank you for the lovely weekend. Kind regards from the Kurze family.
