Beautiful converted farm with stylish rooms. We have great family rooms and nice rooms for couples. Is very quiet with a huge garden. You can celebrate great family celebrations here.If you want breakfast or dinner you can order it the day before. Our breakfast was very good. Fresh fruit, homemade cakes. Fresh bread, delicious sausage and cheese as well as fresh eggs. The coffee was good to drink. So we will definitely come back with our adult children and grandchildren.

I recommend it to everyone. Very pleasant, relaxed relaxation at this farm. Beautiful environment, great, friendly, helpful staff, unique breakfast. The opportunity to really relax from the daily hustle and bustle. Evening sitting by the campfire. Very many options for nearby trips. Many thanks to the wonderful and kind staff, and I admired the maintenance man who worked like an ant from morning to night. He should be paid in gold. Thank you, thank you, thank you 🙏🥰

For those of you who want to switch off, literally (there's no signal here 🤣), the Salajna farmhouse is the place for you. Amazing place! Upon arrival you will be greeted by a friendly staff, they offered us the option of choosing a room, but the bathtub in the room was the obvious choice. 🫣🛁 After the welcome, the lady from the reception (nice and wonderful) showed us the older part of the farm, with a beautiful tiled stove. She also recommended us places to visit. She willingly showed and explained everything to us.Breakfast like for the whole army and really delicious dinners. 🫣 Of course, you can agree on the time of serving. We never had anything cold or dry, always fresh! The rooms are beautiful, tidy, clean. The staff is nice, accommodating. Lots of places to explore and learn in the surrounding area. A stream was bubbling right under our windows. You can ride on a boat🛶... The silence was incredible. Maybe also because we were the only guests and thus had the farm to ourselves. On the floor where we had a room, there is a shared kitchen with a fridge, which you can also use without limits.WE RECOMMEND! All ten! And we will definitely be happy to return to this place. 🧡🏘

WEDDING - 16.09.2023In January 2023, we visited your open day.During it, we were enchanted by almost everything we were introduced to on the spot - outside and inside.We asked about free dates for the wedding - we were offered only the last three for this year - September and October. We went home saying that we will change our minds and get back to you soon.Even though we were almost decided, we didn't want to make a quick decision that we might regret and went to get to know the spaces in two more places in the Karlovy Vary region, where we were able to imagine our D-day.Although other places also had their charms and we found advantages and disadvantages in all of them, we decided to choose one of the dates offered at your place and we definitely do not regret it!On September 16, 2023, we had a wedding at your place at Salajna Farm, and it was indescribable! Everything turned out great!We'll admit that we were a little worried that everything would work out the way we imagined. So that everyone has fun, they still have enough food and drink when they have questions, so they know who to turn to... On Friday we introduced our witnesses to coordinator Jana, on Saturday morning we told all three of our last requests, comments, ideas and visions. .and it was better than we hoped. We didn't have to "nothing". When we had time to stop and exchange a word with our guests or just look around, we saw the satisfied faces of everyone - children and adults.At the beginning, we had no idea why we needed a coordinator at all at the wedding, we thought we could handle it... we respected that it was set up that way at your place and we went to the first meeting with the idea that we would get to know the lady and hear what and how. We left smiling and satisfied that this particular lady would be with us on our day - she was really nice to us (luckily that remained). She was willing to answer any question, help us with anything - from the initial preparations to our D and subsequently she was with us on Sunday, which was already a bit of a sad meeting for us. Even though we said goodbye to Jana and gave her at least a little gift for her work (really deserved), we feel that she is still close to us and we firmly believe that it was not our last meeting. 😊 ... We believe that other coordinators also do their job well and thanks to them the newlyweds have a pleasant day, but we are glad that we did not have another one. 😊On Jana's recommendation, we contacted DJ David Smrž from your contact list and it worked! He had time! And we have to say, it was a great choice. To this day, no one understands how quickly he managed to find the given song that the guests wanted in such a large number of CDs - Czech or foreign music. His spoken word was always appropriate and often amused us and our guests. Thank you!Our thanks also go to the kitchen and the service, we did not notice any shortcomings (not even among our guests) and we think that this is absolutely correct. The cooks and waitresses worked with a smile, responding to the guests' requests and the fact that there were not a few of us there. 😊As already mentioned, everything was just as it should be, the guests had a place to relax, walk around the area and relax for a while in the beautiful nature, a really great place for a wedding!The disadvantage that we had to deal with was the possibility of having up to 70 people, but there is not such a capacity for overnight stays. We were offered accommodation in Apartments U mlýna, which is about a 10-minute walk away, and the guests who stayed there praised it. After that, we were a little sorry that the guests praised the sauce, but we had agreed on the number and so there was no possibility to add, but that was also a mistake on our part and we all accepted it as it was.A HUGE THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING TO ALL OF YOU WHO HAD ANY PART IN OUR DAY!

A picturesque place in the middle of the forest, where there is peace and quiet, just like in a fairy tale, the staff is very helpful, we will definitely come again!!!

WEDDINGPOSITIVE+ nice environment, sensitively renovated farmhouse+ good food+ decor available (if you don't mind having the same as XY other weddings at the venue)+ Great mayoress - her attitude and speech+/-Own bar - possibility to save (prices in a store vs. in a restaurant), but the necessity of dragging everything here and there, buying and estimating who drinks what and in what quantity -> additional worriesNEGATIVE- Access and services of the estate- For the owner, you are just another couple who secures one big business and then leaves. More will come that..- Staff--> Wedding coordinator - Guest accommodation - despite the agreement, it was not ensured. No own initiative, only a reaction to the express requests of the newlyweds (e.g. it's cold - let's light the fireplace). Non-compliance with the agreed activities - games, welcoming guests, working with the DJ... No notice to the guests that dinner is served inside - again except for notification. No communication with the DJ - It is necessary to keep an eye on them constantly - what is going on when. Ruined video before the first dance - instead of securing a music video and trying it out beforehand, they rushed everyone indoors to find out they underestimated it and the music and video didn't work - then the newlyweds had to search for a flash drive and a speaker for 30 minutes to play the video . Total failure -> annoyance and ruined romantic moment.---> Service - not in time, I recommend explicitly paying someone extra, otherwise there will be no one to serve behind the bar and take away the dishes. Let alone proactively offer something to guests at the table. Underestimated by the farm despite asking in advance whether it will be enough.- Necessary selection only from "recommended" suppliers--> DJ - DAVID SMRŽ - I DO NOT RECOMMEND!---> DJ assigned by the estate (resp. forwarded contacts to about 4 possible DJs, of which one only lends equipment, one was full on the given date, one could not be contacted, so only one alternative remained)--> He didn't respect what we agreed on beforehand (eg that the guests won't talk into the microphone unless they ask - no forced conversations). He improvises unsolicited (unplanned stupid games, but he refused the prepared and arranged ones). He comments along the lines of "Who will catch the bouquet TODAY?" - as if tomorrow was another wedding. Rattling and hissing speakers at the ceremony, spoiling the atmosphere. Bad sounding area of ​​the farmhouse - in the barn, where all the guests are sitting, you can't hear it. If he plays a song on request, the next 5 songs will be from the same CD. He can't interact with people and he can't keep them on the dance floor with good music. He turned off the music for about a minute in the middle of the newlyweds' first dance - no apology. He has long soporific monologues. Vague moderation ("And now we'll do an activity..." - What kind?!). During important activities, he stands behind the rear of the newlyweds and thus gets in the way of photos, but during the day he is hidden and does not interact with people. She does not cooperate with the coordinator, even though they both assure you that they are a team.- Room preparation - despite sending the sleeping schedule, agreed extra beds not prepared in advance- Equipment for colder weather - an open barn for 70 people, which for some reason is not prepared for colder weather (screens, direct heaters...) - must be secured along its axis. Indoor space for a maximum of 50 people only - if the weather doesn't work out, you're just out of luck and you can't count on an indoor or warm outdoor option.- Ventilation - it is not possible to ventilate in the evening, so it is very hot and there is no air in the rooms where the party and dancing take place. There is no ventilation, when the staff is already blocking at least the window ventilation.- No pro-client approach and effort to apologize.

Excellent! The farm is beautiful, the reconstruction was very successful. The accommodation, staff and location are magical. For vacation, team building, wedding - ideal.
