Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the whole stay.We spent a weekend here and paid quite a bit for this stay with half board, we also paid extra for a better room, which ended up being very average. My room lacked a large mirror and the hair dryer only worked after turning on the light next to the mirror, which we had to find out at the reception.Upon arrival, the receptionist did not welcome us very much, I understand that her job is demanding, but I think it is not right if the interaction with the receptionist sucks all the joy out of a person.Wellness was another disappointment. There is no pool or hot tub. The salt cave is not a cave but an unheated sauna with a wall made of salt bricks. The lady who operates the entire wellness was great and probably the only one who really did her job, but we felt that she had to take care of an awful lot of things at once in the entire wellness operation. We didn't mind going to the wellness center for a certain amount of time (according to the rules), but it doesn't look the best. The biggest highlight was the picnic basket in the prize. 1.5 sparkling water, 2 sandwiches with leftovers from breakfast (ham, cheese, tater tots) and a plastic box with vegetables and fruits cut together? Like, who wants to eat a piece of dirty watermelon that tastes like a tomato?? We thought that a picnic would replace our lunch, but that was naive, we had to eat in a restaurant. There was still wine worth CZK 140 in the basket...The food is at the level of the school canteen and the evening banquet is a disaster. When we came at half past 7 for dinner, everything was already eaten. So the friend only had fries on his plate before they added fried chicken drumsticks after 10 minutes. A pork slice was available, but we didn't want it. There is no vegetarian option for a full dinner. Perhaps only "risotto", i.e. white rice with steamed vegetables, which resembles a diet for mononucleosis. Food labels were missing or wrong, for example "mini chicken steak" but under the lid were chicken drumsticks in breadcrumbs. Breakfast was better, but again it was a fight for food with pensioners. Another disturbing thing was to put semolina porridge and steamed cauliflower with broccoli under the same lid? Who thought of that? The service was "funny". Girls around 20 cursed and snorted every time something fell on the ground. There was a lack of any leadership. Someone who would, for example, take care of whether the boxes with food were replenished, the guests came to report it themselves.Otherwise, the restaurant (not the banquet) is fine and therefore the only option where to eat for us.I understand that the target group is probably not people in their 20s and 30s, but relying on the fact that no guests who have already traveled is very sad.If the total price was lower, one would not be critical. He would say "well, good for the price", but for our price I expected more, especially when you go to the castle.PS: the carpet in the corridor 3 days dirty with pieces of watermelon is top, as well as the staff scratching others under our window. :D In addition to learning things, you also smell the smell of cigarettes xDThe stay was rather satirical, I do not recommend it.
