This review is regarding the yacht harbour. The facilities are great. Washing rooms, toilets, supermarket - no complaints.Staff is friendly.BUT- as a visiting sailor DO NOT stay at the guest’s bridge in the centre of the harbour, unless you fancy Nile Geese literary pooing all over the pontoon and on your boat’s swimming deck. Also the geese make a lot of noise during their sleep/pooingcontest!The geese gathers every night at big numbers in the harbour and sleep there. Next morning the pontoon and- if you’re unlucky - your boat is a mess.We had to wash the pontoon ourselves in order to get ashore. As a camper I’m sure the site is 5-starred, but as a sailor - think twice!

Worst trip everMe and my boyfriend were looking forward to a fantastic trip through the Mosel.Along the way we then found this camping. The view to the lake was verry nice, but that is also the only positive thing about the experience of staying here.Since this place is much more expensive than the others, we expected the normal things that used to be included to be inclueded, but no.No internet, no showering and no electricity. If you wanted to shower, you had to do it for a maximum of 5 minutes against payment. The electricity was worst of all. We paid because we wanted electricity on check in and there were no problems. When we said thank you and had returned home, they wanted even more money. They didn't mention this at check out, so we've had to deal with it afterwards. Very much work with the bank to another country. They didnt even call us soon afterwards but waited until we were home.Another thing is not only small spaces for your tent and goosepop everywhere, there is also pop on some of the walls in the bathroom.I understand thats probably not staffs fault. But they must clean that up. Maybe they need to get their hands a little bit dirty and not only do what they think is fun. My experience is that they just chill and dont care about these problems.Last but not least, the Restaurant. Here it was very unpleasant staff who fooled us out of money, not once but twice. The Food was also unplesent. No, next time we will probably not stay in a place where they are honest. staff have a lot to learn here :)

They fooled my family for a lot of money. If you want bad food, disgusting bathroom, rude staff and more to pay afterwards that actually was inclouded stay here.If you want a good trip save yourself the problem and go somewhere else.

Good site with plenty spacious pitches, many with shade.Washrooms are absolutely spotless and a credit to the ladies who are constantly cleaning them at busy times.Handy site for cycling to other villages/towns, but very little happening in the nearby village. No shops whatsoever, although the site shop has most essentials. Bring fruit and veg and meats etc with you!Cycle routes are superb along the river. We were awoken twice with people leaving the site at 3-4am, presumably with long journeys home. Not pleasant at all. A barrier should be installed and closed at night. Parking spaces beyond the barrier for early leavers.

Worst service I got in all the campings I've been in Germany. The receptionist needs to go back to elementary school to learn good manners. You have to pay extra to take a shower.....let me repeat that cause is difficult to digest, showers are not included in the price. Lastly, parcels are not macked, so I got to mine just to find out that my space was used by my neighbors...but there's nothing to do, since reception closes at 18.00, even though the sun goes down at 22.00. So nobody to complain to. It was an awful experience.

We liked this campsite and its facilities. There was some poor communication about where we were allowed to pitch our tent, so we ended up doing it wrong. As we were there for one night, we we allowed to stay, however by the friendly gardian.Communication about the one Euro garbage bag, could also be improved. Not using it, is not an option. Why not say you charge a environmental surcharge and make the first bin bag free? It is al a matter of presentation. Now I was forced to buy something that I didn't need.

We stayed here for a couple nights to save some money and enjoy a European camping experience. The staff were very kind. The campgrounds were very clean and the people (mostly Dutch it seemed) were also very friendly. …

It was a really awful experience. We were abandoned to our luck to find a place to set our tent because our parcel was taken by siding neighbors, treated very unkindly during check in, ignored completely later because we asked for electricity, we were told that they would come later on, but they never did so we spent our stay without it. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!

Nice campsite right along the Mosel River. Good pitches and clean sanitaries. Small but functional market and also a restaurant on the site. Other restaurants can be reached with a shorter walk on either side of the river. The only downsides are the use of tokens for the shower and no child bikes for rent.

This is a very efficiently run campsite and the pitch we had by the riverside was lovely.||||The staff are helpful, if a little formal in their approach. …
