It's a shame, the Resturant Störtebecker is in a fantastic location, but unfortunately has to suffer from at least one very unfriendly waiter. No smile, no kind word, he loudly communicates how annoyed he is that you want to look at the menu before you order and reacts harshly when you ask for the bill. Absolutely impossible! The other service person who was outside was totally polite and friendly.Unfortunately, the crab soup only arrived lukewarm and was definitely not homemade, but a ready-made product. Too bad!

Service super friendly.Sea view/watts - check.Unfortunately, the food has deteriorated extremely since our last visit in 2020, so we went somewhere else for the remaining days on our last vacation.

The service is friendly and accommodating. The food is not recommended for our taste... There was a special sauce as a dressing for the salad, on the "Jägerschnitzel" there was just an over-seasoned ready-made gravy and maybe a quarter of a mushroom. The prices are standardly overpriced for a tourist hotspot...PS if you can't understand the negative review you should read my other one where you can find places that are recommended 😉

Great location, friendly staff, food ok but if you're really hungry you should go somewhere else. The portions are very clear. Price/performance doesn't fit. Too bad.

The staff was totally unfriendly, talked about other guests in front of guests (blasphemed) and literally took off their eyes so they looked at you.

We visited the restaurant and were unfortunately disappointed. We can't say anything about the hotel.- Very little food for the price.- Egg soaked in fat, which is why the crabs tasted terrible.- Potatoes hard- Schnitzel and sauce disasterThe service was unfriendly. Food and drinks were simply left on the table as we walked past. We're definitely not coming back, I'm happy to pay a lot for good fish and side dishes, but not for this!
