I asked for a room in August. However, I consider almost €200(!) for a standard double room for single use to be very poor value for money, even in high season.

UD: Dear HL, trying to save your reputation by portraying me as not telling the truth will not protect you. Everything can be proven. Please don't draw conclusions from others!Too expensive🫰: as a solo traveler, double bed with private bathroom for €136 p.n.! Because of difficulty. asked for a room without many stairs, a normal bathroom and pure spelled pastries when booking.👎: there were only twin beds in the room, one prepared for me. I complained that I should push the beds together myself. Actually, that's how you do it. of sustainability. Well remodeled = this room was and will never be rented with a double bed. Carpet shows where the beds actually stand/the true color of the carpet (lighter gray). But it looked more black with lots of spots. Apparently it was renovated 4 years ago. The stains on the walls and the color itself suggest otherwise. My first apartment was painted like this in 1997, the color is out. Dust and dirt behind the beds.Tb's can supposedly be locked to Db. The latches for this are inoperable. Converted into a DB, there is hardly any space to get past the cupboard. The lamp above the shared bed (on the left) doesn't work. Indefinable stains everywhere on the ceilings, walls, chair and carpet. Traces of toothpaste on the doors. Cobwebs everywhere. Spider removed. Brown streaks next to the heater (bathroom), mold on the ceiling (bathroom). Also stains on the bedboard🤨. The intermediate door was completely missing and would have been good as insulation. Very loud in the 🏠. Worn impression. Furniture, well. For me, this hotel is the more worn-out counterpart to the Seemeile. Cux card wasn't there. In the booking email it only says that payment is made the next day at breakfast or within the nautical mile (6km away). Not that you don't get the card beforehand, although necessary for 🏖️. After real-time monitoring (4:10 p.m.), the map was received as a picture on my screen at 5:30 p.m. (The real-time monitoring takes at least 30 minutes here, according to the HL.) At 7:30 p.m. there is a knock, then another time, then it opens the room door suddenly opens from the outside. Man! I would have knocked, but you can't just get in because you never know what's going on behind the door. I wasn't fast enough, the first time there was no answer to my call. Man! I want to bring me the Cux card. I know it like that, you knock and call housekeeping or maintenance, you don't just come in. From here on I complained about all the defects and conditions. The HL told me: I would not be satisfied with anything, ungrateful and it can hardly be a nuisance if someone wants to do me a favor (Cuxkarte). Also, the hotel always has good reviews, so what I'm saying isn't true. The only thing that can be changed is the bed. But since I'm so ungrateful, it's questionable whether anyone will knock on my door again. The HL also believes, because it has taken my wishes into account, that I am not entitled to complain about obvious deficiencies. I had to tell HL on day 2 to stop sending me inappropriate, disrespectful and condescending messages. To this day I still don't know who is behind the HL. No consensus could be found about the obvious deficiencies present. At the first breakfast there were no spelled pastries, I didn't dare ask anymore. Marking the 🥮 and putting it on the buffet didn't work. Apparently it was in the basket. I complained directly to HL, and now they recommended that I book a hotel in Duhnen for €400 a night with reception. It has to be said that people no longer talk to guests here; you can only call Seemeile if you have problems checking in. Reception not available. Nevertheless, it all seems rather annoying, as I also called there because I didn't have a DB and the Cux card was missing. My questions were answered with, let's say, annoyance. Now back to the rolls, it's my fault for not asking. On the 2nd/4th The next day I was given rolls straight away. On the 3rd day there were no rolls. I asked, searched, made a phone call, and 10 minutes later the rolls were suddenly there.

We had room 1-02 and it was small, with a window to the covered cellar exit, etc... not recommended. Only the location there is nice

We were completely satisfied with the hotel. The location is great, parking is available and you can get to the beach in 5 minutes. The breakfast was varied and there was something for every taste. The staff would even get 6 stars from us, nice and helpful. The room had an external (but private) bathroom that you had a key for, so no one else could use it.Yes, the reception was not staffed, but check-in was still relatively quick via the internet. We would stay there again at any time 😊

The hotel/inn has a good location to the beach. The rooms are very small but clean and a lot of effort is made and attention is paid to small details (decoration/books/small hygiene kit). The mattresses were comfortable. The bathroom was also clean. The breakfast buffet is good in terms of quality and quantity and has everything. One complaint is that check-in was somewhat complicated; we first had to drive to another hotel and pick up the room cards. The sea wave is definitely recommended for a short vacation. (But: not all rooms have bathrooms)

3 nights completely satisfied Room sufficient for sleeping although very small..There is a separate kitchen next door that you can use.Everything in the kitchen is available...Water bowl for dogs is missing.A few bathrooms opposite the room.411 euros with a large dogand the tourist tax is included in the calculation. It's totally fair!Breakfast was nicely made for the number of visitors.Something of everything.Mega plus point, the small hotel is located 5 minutes from the beach. In Cuxhaven seaworthiness everything is very close from Hotel Hund Strand 600 metersThere is a tablet in the room with lots of informationThe hotel gets a minus pointfor them outside green facilities for me such a small hotel must be sparkling from the large hotels in the area.. A lot of things are broken, a lot of weeds and a lot of unkempt corners. .The house is well lit at night..
