Excellent property a few steps from the Kreuzigungsgruppe and about ten minutes walk from the center of Oberammergau. The hosts, attentive and discreet, reserved us a beautiful and spacious room with a view of the Kofel, symbol of Oberammergau. Good continental breakfast. We will definitely be back!

Positive:Location of the guest house, rooms, informative guest directory, Mr. Kemper's friendly and guest-oriented manner, organization of the break menu at our request in a restaurant near the Passion Play TheaterNegative:no adherence to the check-in time, unfriendliness and inability to communicate on the part of Ms. Kemper, you don't feel welcome, guests are described as snoopers and voles on a notice, no dishes in the room because guests would put them dirty in the closet, no room cleaning and no change of towels, no lounge with games and books as described on the website, also no garden furniture, flower boxes on the house without flowers or with weeds, thick blankets in summer temperatures, breakfast about meager without regional products (sausage and cheese were from the supermarket) , without fruit, tomatoes, cucumbers, yogurt

Great room, perfect location (quiet and right at the foot of the Kofel and just a few minutes to the recommended bike park and the summer toboggan run) and very uncomplicated owners.I've been there twice now with my two boys (14/16) and will be there again in the summer.

-Operator extremely unfriendly. She doesn't know the word service. If you seek conversation or even express criticism, you will simply be left standing and the door will be slammed in your face-Corona is used as an excuse not to have to clean the rooms. You should take the broom and clean it yourself-You have to pick up the confirmed “breakfast buffet” yourself and bring back the dirty dishes and leftovers. It consists of two Tupper boxes with the cheapest cheese and cooked ham and jam and Nutella which were expired between 1 and 2 months.-She didn't have a breakfast tray. You have to run for everything individually.-The reception is a mess of paper. The word data protection is also not known, the PC and the documents are left open and unlocked all day long.-Dirty bed linen was lying around at the reception for 4 days-Rooms full of meter-long cobwebs in every corner-Toilet full of dark brown limestone/urine stone-Etc-Garden a single construction site+One point for the great view of the mountains

The Gästehaus is a very nice place. In the square in front of the entrance there are approximately 4/5 comfortable parking spaces. My room was on the upper floor, which was reached via a spiral staircase. The room was immense, equipped with many built-in wardrobes well coordinated with the environment, a small table, two armchairs, a mini fridge in the mini cupboard; Spectacular landscape at the window and 20m2 uncovered patio. Heavenly and immense bathroom: corner shower, hydromassage tub, standard toilet and standing toilet. Good breakfast, very friendly and helpful owner.
