We had a wonderful holiday in FeWo Fichtenhimmel!The accommodation is clean, tidy and well thought out!The Fend family is nice, friendly, helpful and yet not intrusive!If you like, you can get a taste of country life and the children can pick dandelions for the rabbit, look for the chicken eggs in the evening and, if work allows, even go to the sheep and help feed them! The cows were (understandably) not on the farm in the summer and therefore you couldn't see them or take care of them.If time allows, the children are allowed to sit on the tractor under supervision.The farm has a very good starting point to explore the surrounding area and go on many great trips! No matter whether with or without children!The equipment with towels, coffee filters, toilet paper, the bread roll service and the filled refrigerator upon arrival were very good!Now something “negative” which is definitely complaining on a high level!!! For us as a family of 4, a little more cutlery would have been nice, so we had to do the washing up by hand or turn on the dishwasher when it wasn't full. Fly screens on the skylights would also have been nice, so we had regular wasps or mosquitoes in the apartment Covering it in the microwave would have been the icing on the cake.None of this is vital and we still had a lovely stay and will definitely come back!

Very nicely located apartment in a quiet outskirts. Modern, high-quality furnishings (solid wooden furniture made by local carpenters), large rooms, plenty of storage space, well-thought-out bathroom fittings. Everything was very well maintained and clean. Nice landlord, great bread roll service and refrigerator pre-stocking, we liked everything very much and have booked for another visit. Even without a car, you can do a lot here, and all of the surrounding attractions are easily accessible. Equally good address for hikers, climbers, day trippers and cyclists.

We spent a week in the Blumenwiese and Fichtenhimmel holiday apartments with four adults and two children. The apartments were very clean, the view of the mountains was really nice. The Fend family is very friendly and works hard to ensure that their holiday guests have a lovely stay - the children were allowed to fetch the eggs from the stable, feed the rabbits and the cats were petted anyway. The location is great, you can reach everything you need on foot and you can also reach Garmisch in 15 minutes by car. Thank you very much, dear Fend family, for the wonderful holiday!

We had wonderful holidays in the Heustube holiday apartment. The apartment is super clean and equipped with high quality furniture. Plus a feel-good bathroom. From the balcony you have a 180 degree view of Oberammergau and the mountains. Fantastic and quiet location. We felt really comfortable and would like to vacation in this apartment again at any time. Great service, our fridge was filled with regional and delicious products upon arrival.

If you are looking for a beautiful family-friendly farm with a good price-performance ratio, you have come to the right place. The location is perfect. Oberammergau can be reached on foot in just a few minutes or you can start hiking straight away. There are toys for the children and animals to watch and pet. Everything is explained in a friendly and sensitive manner by Mrs. Fend and all the residents of the farm. There are also valuable tips for activities in the area. Since it is a lively farm, you can also see a lot of equipment and tractors on and around the farm. Perfect for small, interested children. The apartment is spacious. On one side there is a “children's room” with a double bed, then there is a long hallway that leads to the kitchen, bathroom and living room/bedroom. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen equipment is solid. The balcony with a wonderful view of Oberammergau and the mountains invites you to linger.There is also the option of a bread roll service, which we really appreciated.

We (2 adults, 2 children) stayed with the Fend family for a week. We had the large holiday apartment under the roof. The apartment was clean, tidy and tidy. Everything important was there and in good condition. The mattresses were neither sagging nor were there any other corners that gave the impression of being worn out.The family as hosts were very friendly and accommodating. We were shown the animals that were there (the cattle were on the mountain pasture in summer). The children were allowed to help feed the remaining animals and if they ran into each other during the day there was always a short and nice chat. The hosts had provided a folder in the holiday apartment with all the important information and excursion tips. In discussions with the hosts, there were also more tips on what to do as a family.On request you can also take advantage of a bread roll service. For us, the rolls were always ready at seven in the morning.In short, you can recommend the Fend family as hosts with a clear conscience.

We had a wonderful holiday in a great environment. The highlight was the balcony with a view of the mountains and Oberammergau. The large holiday apartment and the entire house were very clean and the farmer's wife was very personable and always friendly. We had great storage space for the bikes we brought with us. We didn't miss anything in the apartment. Overall, highly recommended.

We had a lovely short holiday with our family at the Warbichlhof. The Fend family is extremely nice and was happy to answer all of our questions about the farm. We were even allowed into the stable to see the cows and sheep.Our apartment was modern, clean and well maintained.We would book the Warbichlhof again at any time.

We stayed in the Fichtenhimmel holiday apartment for 12 days in autumn. Everything's great! A combined bedroom/living/dining room, a kitchen, bathroom, hallway and children's room with a double bed. The apartment was very clean and is adequately equipped. My special request for bed linen for allergy sufferers was fulfilled immediately. After a week there was a huge set of new towels. Delicious and fresh rolls every morning after ordering. From the balcony you have a fantastic view of Oberammergau and the Kofel. All animals (sheep, cows, cats) are well cared for and happy. We were allowed to go into the stable in the evening and help out with feeding, which was the best experience for the children. The family is super friendly and loves children. From the apartment you can go on many great tours both on foot and by car. Highly recommended, kind regards to the Fend family and to the little lamb Bert 🐑

An incredible place, a beautiful village-town, with old architecture typical of the locals. at the foot of the Alps
