I always eat there with friends or family and every time I'm full and satisfied.It is a small but nice inn with a beautiful outdoor area.Price performance is 100% consistent.Staff is very friendly.I can recommend everyone to visit this inn.

The Landhaus Wartenstein is a real hit! Hearty food, large portions and a cozy bowling alley for fun afterwards. Chef Alex is super friendly and creates a great atmosphere. Perfect for a sociable evening with friends. Absolutely recommended!

Ordered food to be delivered today.For myself I had the baked potato with herb quark and salad. The other three had schnitzel with fries. Unfortunately no schnitzel made it into the photo.😅My rating: 5 out of 5 possible stars.My potato was so delicious!! The quark is fresh, creamy and with delicious herbs. But I particularly liked the salad.I can't remember the last time I got such an incredibly delicious salad somewhere outside of the house.The schnitzels (Vienna style, pepper cream, mushroom cream) were delicious! Portion size optimal!And everything arrived here warm.Gladly again!

Didn't stay there overnight, just had lunch.Was there with the family.Extremely friendly staff, everything is cooked fresh, even the sauces are prepared entirely in-house and none from a bag.The boss greets each guest personally and explains everything about the restaurant.We have some themed days on which there are special dishes.I highly recommend this restaurant!

Good home cooking with friendly service. The portions are more than large enough. 😳 The price-performance ratio is definitely good.Our schnitzels were freshly prepared, you could hear that from the knock in the kitchen. 😀 This was also reflected in the taste, which was excellent. Unfortunately I can only give it 4 stars because the sauces (hunter and cream sauce) didn't convince us. Unfortunately, both sauces were very tasteless and thickened too much. Even though fresh mushrooms were used in the hunter's sauce, it couldn't cut it.

The country inn is located in the center of OberhausenHikers and families with children are very welcome here.Rooms for overnight stays are available in the house.Birthdays and Christmas parties can be celebrated here.

It was my first time at the Landgasthaus Wartenstein and I was overwhelmed by the hospitality. The food was great and the hosts were great.We will go there more often because a lot of cooking is done with heart and fresh! Where else can you get that? Great 1+++
