We spontaneously booked a night in the spa hotel over the weekend. The reception was very nice. There was even a pillow and bowls in the room for our dog.Everything was very clean and tidy. The food in the restaurant was very good and the breakfast buffet was also rich. The staff was always nice and friendly. The hotel is very suitable as a starting point for hikes.

We were given a free 2-day stay and were really looking forward to a wellness weekend. We were greeted with the words, I didn't expect you yet.☹️Our Brain light application could only be carried out halfway because a pair of glasses was defective, there was no argument for that.even though you paid for it,A small concession would have been appropriate, e.g. 10 minutes longer massage time. The use of the sauna must be registered 30 minutes in advance, with the argument that no one can afford it anymore if it is in continuous operation. At dinner time, you should expect the guests and be friendly. You can save yourself the saying: “Now everyone is coming back at once,” because the guests could hear that. The food was okay and we were overcharged. The water only came out sparsely in the shower and when you turned on the faucet in the basin, cold water came out of the shower, very unpleasant😟Unfortunately, other guests also spoke to us and reported that no applications were possible due to staff shortages without being informed.Unfortunately it wasn't a pleasant stay for a lot of money.

We were there for a wellness weekend. We were greeted very friendly. However, when we asked for a massage treatment, we were told that you had to book this in advance. Unfortunately, this was not visible on the hotel's homepage. It's a shame actually. The rooms are simply furnished, but look clean. The dinner was very tasty and filling. The staff was always friendly. The breakfast was OK.

A hotel with very courteous and friendly service, special requests were also happy to be fulfilled.Very tasty cuisine in the restaurant, you can also find resin specialties on the menu. The breakfast buffet was rich and good. The spa wellness treatment with Ms. Müller was particularly pleasant, thank you very much for that. It was very practical that you could take the elevator straight from your room to the spa area in your bathrobe.

We wanted to check in there with our dog, which was also booked. The lady at reception had to ask if it was allowed. Apparently he wasn't booked. He would then have been allowed into the room for the night for an additional charge of €20 (non-hairing Maltese), but not into the breakfast room. There are also parking spaces at the house, but none were free. We didn't want to park the packed car on a quiet side street. The risk of a break-in would be too high. We then canceled the room and drove the 450km home with the child after a 12-hour drive. Then it would be better to ban dogs directly and not offer free parking spaces
