ADVANTAGES:- close to the beach, quiet, good air, pleasant distribution of rooms- Tiled floors everywhere and therefore a pleasant room climate- beautiful forest immediately adjacent- excellent G5 (at least O2) - good if you have to work, not far from radio tower. This means that the entire town, including the beautiful shantytowns in the adjacent forest, is inaccessible to those who are sensitive to electricity.- everything is there for cooking, washing dishes and doing laundry- Bicycle rental about 1 km further- excellent bakery near Netto “Barn Bakery”DISADVANTAGES:- You need your own means of transport: The landlord refused to budge and refused to bring the key to Trassenheide. If you come by public transport and without a bicycle, you have to allow an additional two hours to collect/drop off your keys in Karlshagen: by railcar at Trassenmoor stop). So: bike is the minimum.- Shops about two kilometers away- Our previous tenants left behind freshly washed dishes that were still caked with food. Certainly not the landlord's fault, but it was still unpleasant.- It is recommended to bring tools for hardware that falls apart, as well as descaler for the stove and operating instructions for Bosch dishwashers. (The upper arm of the dishwasher must be reattached to the upper rack before each wash cycle.)IN TOTAL:- would be happy to come back, but then with a bike

In the apartment there is exactly what is in the description and exactly without any bonus. You have to book a shower mat separately, no WiFi, beds are not made if bed linen is booked. Pots and pans are rather sparse. No dishwasher tabs, Fit or anything else.Lots of dead mosquitoes on the wall and overall the apartment is already getting old. Nobody wants black mold in the shower!The almost directly adjacent forest is good for dogs and the path to the sea is also very short.

In principle the stay was fine. However, our apartment looked very run down. The renovation would have to start slowly.In some cases, entire door frames are even loose...There is also no WiFi in the apartment. This is absolutely ridiculous in 2023. In my opinion, too much capital is being withdrawn from the business and not enough is being reinvested.
