We stayed in the small holiday apartment under the roof. Unfortunately we couldn't use the shower and the mattresses are very hard. Otherwise everything was fine.

Overall we are very satisfied. As has often been mentioned, the play yard and games room are very lavishly furnished with great attention to detail. We can only confirm that.Everything we needed was available in the apartment. Also a lot of games. We particularly liked the large bathroom and our highlight was the bathtub, which the three of us could use.Unfortunately there is a star deduction. Many of the games were no longer complete or were visibly worn out. Unfortunately, we can confirm that there were cobwebs, but only in corners where they didn't bother us.But it is also worth mentioning positively:Fly screens in front of the windows, well-functioning hairdryer, well-equipped with salt, tea towels, garbage bags and hand soap, everything was there, a large Lego Duplo toy box, two wooden children's chairs and everything we needed in the kitchen.

We stayed in the holiday apartment at the end of October / beginning of November. We only used the farm on the day of arrival. There are many vehicles, community games, books, etc. available.The apartment is beautiful in and of itself.Everything you need for a stay is there.I didn't like the children's room because it was just too full of beds.There were spiders in the corners everywhere (we let them sit, but I still don't find them nice), the seat of a chair was broken, the cover of a lamp in the hallway was missing, the light in the hallway didn't work, etc.About the location:In about 10 minutes you can walk to the Baltic Sea, there is a bakery around the corner (although we didn't like the rolls there), in the next town of Koserow there is Karl's strawberry farm and the great pier, half an hour just to Świnoujście (there there is the aqua park, highly recommended)... so the location is really great!

After we thought we had found the ideal accommodation for us, with regards to the beautiful courtyard for children, which is completely fenced in and has lots of play equipment available to the children, we were unfortunately very disappointed. A week for €899 and got an apartment that was not only dirty, but in a dilapidated condition. Countless hair on all the mattresses, spiders and cobwebs in all the rooms that we vacuumed away ourselves, dirty furniture and floors where you can see that no one has cleaned them thoroughly for a long time. The chairs in the apartment looked more than worn out, and one of them could no longer be used due to its instability. Broken kitchen utensils were also available. The storage room is similar to a runpel room. The washing machine was also unusable for several days. After we pointed out all the deficiencies and we saw the proposal as inadequate and reported this, we stopped contacting you. For the price, what you get is an absolute disgrace.

An absolute disgrace! Dirty rooms, worn furniture, broken chairs and the photos are probably 10 years old. Not recommended for €900 a week.

Perfect for us as a family. Great opportunities in the garden for the children to play and keep busy. Also a huge selection of books and board games. Highly recommended if you want to have a quiet and relaxed vacation. In our apartment there are only 2 ceramic hobs and a very small kitchen area. You also enter the apartment via a spiral staircase, but you could read all of this online in advance.
