Very warmly run hotel where you can feel right at home. It's wonderfully quiet here and at night you can occasionally hear the owl from the zoo behind it, which was a nice experience. We are happy to recommend the hotel.

People stay away from this shop.. more appearance than reality... toilet very dirty.. crappy.. see photos.. no fridge.. as offered... according to the request at the reception.. yes you can't have everything.. 😂😂. awesome.. very dirckt this person.. 🤮🤮🤮🤮.. never again in this residence. 😡😡🤮🤮🤮

Unfortunately, a very unfriendly young lady. Were there last year and wanted to have a drink and only got stroppy answers and last Saturday we were there again and it was exactly the same. Well, if you don't want to make any sales, you should ask yourself whether the job is the right one

Very good food and very nice service. We would love to come back!The zoo is also very beautiful!We were here again on 8/19/24. The food was again great and the service was very friendly.The restaurant is highly recommended and we will definitely come by again!Thank you !!!

There is no one here!!! No help desk! It is like a house in the middle of jungle in a horror movie!No reception, no room service, no one to help you, completely an abandoned building!I arrived at the hotel at 15:30 (07 August ) and there was no staff here. The doors were closed, and they didn't even answer the phones. I reserved my room from booking . Com. Therefore, I contacted them but no one could handle the situation.Finally, another guest who was waiting outside like me could contact them and they delivered the key to me.I waited more than 90 minutes to enter my room!Now I understand why the hotel does not accept any cancellation!And also the booking price is not worth it at all!

Unfortunately the restaurant is closed. So take care of yourself. No beds were made in 4 days and fresh towels only upon request.Breakfast ok.Definitely not worth 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Reservations were possible by telephone. Reception not manned on Tuesday at 7 a.m., but reachable by phone. Unfortunately the room was cold (outside temperature 4 degrees) and the heating was off. There was no heating in the bathroom at all, so the longed-for shower didn't happen. Next morning….from 7am breakfast…7:05am the door was opened. No forks at the cheese or sausage buffet. Very clear buffet. Juices tasted sour and were no longer good. You can also provide reasonable food for little money. The name “hotel” is exaggerated and by “small residence” I mean something different. For 85€/room it's not a cheap bargain, nor should it be. I wanted to pay for the 3 rooms on site in the morning, but it wasn't possible, we have to transfer them. Funny….I have visited many hotels and guesthouses but this was the worst so far.

Went there to eat as part of our visit to the zoo....service was a bit grumpy.....there were three of us....but we were only allowed to sit at a table for two, although there was a large table with 12 seats available. .....Decoration well......Food......Roulades were fine......mine are more tender!......Dumplings tasted like a finished product...... will not return there.

We wanted to go out to eat on Sunday with a 2 year old child, unfortunately it was not possible to get a high chair in a 4 star atmosphere and so we couldn't go out to eat at the zoo where many parents and grandparents would like to take their children and grandchildren want to go out to eat. So you are not welcome there with children!!!!
