A cute and individual location. If you love something unconventional, this is the place for you. Nice service, friendly rooms compensate for the difficult parking situation at “Kleiner Muck”. Gladly again

Absolutely hassle-free check-in! The room was wonderful, small cozy garden; The boss was very nice and hard-working, breakfast was excellent with great, fresh rolls, delicious bread and everything that went with it! Cheese, sausage, salmon, fruit, vegetables, sweet & savory! Lockable bicycle garage! 100% recommended!!

As a very tired, frail, 74 year old, my first impression was not good, as there were many steep staircases, and the loft, with my bed, had a maximum height less than my height of 163 cm. However, my daughter loved it, and I became used to the crawling on all fours.The breakfasts were fantastic!The manager/landlady was charming and helpful for most of the time, but became most unempathetic after my daughter and her family left, and I was alone there for two days. When I requested another toilet roll, I was subjected to questioning.As I was checking out a day early, and had already paid for the full booking, I felt the landlady's reluctance to give me another toilet roll, was inappropriate and rude.The facilities are very basic, but the position in Glückstadt is most convenient. The clientele is mostly older, and as we were travelling with a two year old, maybe we were not entirely welcome.

The 2 stars are for the beautiful room, with an idyllic balcony and a pretty, small, quiet backyard. When it comes to the lady of the house and the breakfast buffet, I'm at a loss for words. We have never experienced anything so unfriendly and such a miserable breakfast. Free-range eggs, stored on the windowsill in the kitchen, at outside temperatures of up to 29 degrees. When checking in, room key was handed to me with the comment, "here are your keys", no indication of where the room is, nor a " Nice stay". Breakfast buffet, we were there at 8:00 a.m., raisin bread from the package, about 5 rolls, no tongs, to touch, cold cuts and everything else from the package, already only a piece of salmon, nothing was refilled, so carelessly arranged, unbelievable !!!

Found it by chance and never regretted it! Very friendly hostess in the best sense of the word. Rich, fresh breakfast with everything you need. Very well maintained and friendly apartment. So, totally recommended!!!! THANKS!!!
