"Baltic Sea dream", a true dream apartment!Cozy and warm. Furnished with a lot of taste and maritime style.The highlight: the gas oven in the middle of the living room!From the underground car park you can take an elevator directly to the apartment door.

Beautifully furnished and well-equipped apartment with a nice terrace for sunbathing. The mattresses on the double beds were very soft and there was no doormat in the bathroom. The shower faucet was extremely difficult to adjust. There were no tea towels in the very well-equipped kitchen and the light switch for the dining table was hidden behind the fully automatic coffee machine (hard to find). Otherwise the apartment is nicely laid out. Bed linen and towels should be included in the price.

Very very very nice team!!! and have only had good experiences with the holiday apartments so far! You are always welcomed in a friendly manner and there is an answer to every concern and even as a young couple you are taken seriously (which is unfortunately not always a given) and feel comfortable. Top!

This apartment lives up to its name(Baltic Sea dream in Zingst)A very nice apartment, clean and bright in a central location near the town center. 15 minutes walk to the beach. The house has a spacious underground garage with bicycle storage belonging to the apartment. The apartment on the 2nd floor can be easily reached by elevator. What more could you want?

The apartment is really in very bad condition. There is dust and cobwebs everywhere, as if it hasn't been cleaned in ages. The bed mattresses are rock hard and squeaky. The bedroom smells terrible of urine. The toilet seat is loose. The curtains and the insect screen are broken. The sofa bed is an imposition even with mattress protectors, stains and sand everywhere.We were offered a follow-up cleaning when we rented, but unfortunately almost nothing happened. Everything was still full of smashed insects from the previous tenants and cobwebs everywhere!!! Statement from the rental company: “August is spider season, something always comes in.” However, we are talking about dust-covered cobwebs on lamps, etc. And if you hear such statements, you might want to think about repairing the broken insect screen! Nothing was done about the smell of urine except once sprayed with scent spray. The rental company's statement was "it's just an apartment where dogs are allowed, that's just how it smells." The owner could not be contacted because, according to the rental, he is already very old. The rental agency is apparently not responsible for the unkempt, dirty terrace and the garden with huge potholes etc. (even though you officially book both there). However, the external service could not be contacted because “they wouldn’t do that anyway”.On the day of departure, our case was taken over by the office management. She offered us €50 compensation. But these €50 didn't even begin to lessen the trouble we had with the apartment and our colleagues or compensated for the nights with my 1-year-old toddler in the smell of urine.I am extremely disappointed at such an impudence!I would never recommend anyone to vacation in this apartment!

Zingst is a very beautiful place, right on the Baltic Sea, with lots of possibilities
