The annual holiday in Zingst was once again ushered in with a wonderful dinner at Kochwerk. As always, the staff is very, very friendly and accommodating, and the food is again extremely tasty! Always happy, thank you very much for that.

We made a reservation for breakfast and got our own buffet for 7 people. Drinks and egg included. The owner provided extra bacon upon request. It was very tasty, the owner was very friendly and the atmosphere was also very nice! A visit is definitely recommended!

As classic “Zingst tourists” (coming from Cologne), we didn’t even begin to expect what awaited us at Kochwerk. Our landlord had recommended the restaurant to us as the “best one in the place”, but well, we are in Zingst (a wonderful, extremely lovely place!!)I've been traveling all over Germany for 30 years, had countless business lunches and eaten in top restaurants x times. And I come to Kochwerk in Zingst. Revelation describes it inadequately. This is star-level cuisine, and I'm not just talking about one star. I will now list in detail the incredibly fine, subtly coordinated dishes - it was a sensational sensory experience. From the entree to the incredible dessert (wrong tiramisu it is called) - without words.We made reservations for the last day of our vacation, unfortunately my wife fell ill and we left early. A real disaster.I wish this team - the service was also 1A with 3*** - all the best - hopefully guests and locals alike will “run into the place”.Kind regards from Cologne Patrick and Simone Spano

Everything was perfect, from breakfast with excursion tips to dinner with high-quality products, perfectly prepared.The room is clean and lovingly furnished, mineral water and coffee are available as well as a small refrigerator.It's about a 5 to 10 minute walk to the harbor or beach. We were able to lock our bikes in the shed. Many thanks to the great team and all the best!!

You simply have to be here!!! The food, service and ambience cannot be rated and recommended highly enough. The food was so excellent that you would have liked to forget your good upbringing and lick the plate. We were lucky and were able to reserve a table at short notice for another visit the next day.

Could have been good but:1. Fish soup was well filled but way too salty, that was unpleasant. It was a kind of brew with a lot of soy sauce, I don't know what they were thinking, should people buy a lot of drinks?2. Absolute no-go: they tried to rip us off on both bills. Dishes are available on the lunch menu and à la carte. With a price difference of one euro. The higher price was charged for both. That's not possible and it borders on ripping off tourists. Hands off here.3. Patty answer without insight from the operator. Refers to other reviews, but what excuse is there for the poor quality and the fact that we were overcharged? Underground!

We were there for dinner and each had a starter and a main course. The food was delicious, the service was very friendly but a bit confusing. At the end we were asked if we would like to look at the dessert menu, to which we answered yes. Unfortunately the card was not brought. I don't understand, but the evening was still a good one.

Absolutely amazing food, fine dining. I've never had such good redfish before. My wife had a lamb shank and our daughter had plaice fillet. Both of these dishes were also of the highest quality. The operation and service were also at the highest level. We definitely won't eat there for the last time on vacation. Thanks for the great evening.

Absolutely 5 stars and the best restaurant in Zingst. The food was absolutely great, beautifully presented on beautiful dishes. Friendly service and the slightly longer waiting time in the evening is reasonable as everything is freshly prepared.

We ate at the Kochwerk restaurant 4 times during our Zingst vacation. The friendliness of the employees is unbeatable. Many other restaurants in Zingst could learn a lesson here. The food is fantastic. We were spoiled with culinary delights every evening. In our opinion it is by far the best restaurant in Zingst.

Very very tasty!Great presentation on the plate, great service and the taste: super delicious! We are very happy to recommend it. It's nice that there is a menu for small and large children with a nice selection. We'd love to come back :)

Review concerns the restaurant. Food very good at a high level with a lot of detail and great composition.Service was reserved, friendly and professionally hospitable.Worth its price.For me one of the best addresses in Zingst.
