Pictures on the Internet give a different impression. I thought we had everything sorted out in advance when booking. Number of people etc. When we arrived we simply forgot that we were traveling with children. Neither beds were made/made up nor were there towels. These were then brought in the evening at around 11 p.m. upon further request. At first glance I immediately noticed the condition. I immediately said that the star rating was absolutely not justified for the price. Really the whole property is unkempt and shabby, as is the living area. Really not clean at all. It was so disgusting in the bathroom that the first thing I did was go out and buy cleaning products. Since we arrived for a long time, we said we would stay and make the best of the situation. Nevertheless, we tried to draw attention to it and filed a complaint. I don't think there was a cleaning team. The location is good, although the public toilet in front of the house is not mentioned. But I think it's outrageous to pay such a price for half a roll of toilet paper and dirt. There was hair from landlords in the toilet. Mold and everywhere in every corner not only dirt that has been lying there for a week.

Extremely poor condition of the house, windows broken, moisture seeping through. Smoke detectors are missing, the whole house is dirty and not cleaned.

Absolute mold - dangerous to health!- Heavy mold infestation in living rooms and sanitary rooms- entire accommodation unclean to completely unhygienic- Room temperature is much too cold because there is no functioning heating, entire radiators are missing- lukewarm water (for a short time, if at all)- cold smoke smell in the entire house including bed linen and towels (penetrating)- Mouse droppings in the baby's bed- Dust and dirt everywhereUnfortunately we actually had to spend one night there and then left straight away and looked for an alternative for our vacation. It is an absolute disgrace to offer this accommodation. No guest in the world should live in such a filthy hole and pay for it. Owner dubious and was heavily intoxicated when “handed over”.

Somewhat in need of renovation! Almost all blinds are defective, shower water pressure could be higher, dryer not available!Super great location and actually beautiful facility, but something needs to be done to maintain the beauty.

1.-4.9.23: all blinds defective; Limescale, mold and dirt in the bathroom on the ground floor (an absolute health hazard!); Dishwasher dirty and calcified, seal broken; Outside awning and beach chair moldy; Garden furniture cushions dirty; Towels + bed linen musty; Organic waste bin with maggots and worms right on the terrace. Cleaning staff have probably never seen this house before! Conclusion: we didn't have to pay money - you should get money to rent this house!!!

Simply bad! We spent an extended weekend with 6 women in the big house with a roof terrace and we would have loved to leave straight away! All the blinds (inside) were hanging by a thread and are no longer usable! The pulley for the outside blinds is either not there at all or has been torn off! It is very questionable whether there is a 'cleaning crew' for this property. It's very dirty. You take dirty dishes out of the cupboards and the bed linen smells musty. The existing beach chair is completely dirty and moldy! Likewise the awning over the inner courtyard terrace. However, without comment, the landlord refunded us the money for the final cleaning, which probably never took place. It's a great house and a perfect location and you could do so much with it if you looked after it. Please don't be fooled by the pictures on the site! It hasn't looked like that there for a long time. It's a shame, but something is going wrong here!

Actually I wouldn't give a star at all, but you have to choose at least one for a review.Initially, the landlord didn't respond to emails or inquiries on the AB for weeks. The online portal we used to book couldn't achieve anything for a long time. 3 days before departure we finally got him on the phone and the key handover and everything else could be discussed. After we had been traveling for over 3 hours with 3 cars and a 10-month-old baby, the online portal contacted us saying that we could not go on our vacation because the house had been rented twice. The landlord didn't even have the decency to personally come forward and apologize. Of course he couldn't be reached by phone either. So we sat in the car with our little one for 10 hours and were able to drive home again. And all this after we were assured over the phone that another person could come with us and that a baby bed was available. An absolute disappointment and impudence

I would have to give it three stars for the location. But location alone does not contribute to well-being. The accommodation should also be well maintained. We booked the holiday home every two years and were very pleased with the atmosphere on our first visit. On the second visit there were already minor deficiencies in terms of maintenance. During our stay this year the condition was disappointing. The care of the accommodation left a lot to be desired, even though it was cleaned beforehand. The expected kitchen equipment was insufficient and was only partially filled during the 3 week stay. The garden furniture was broken and too dangerous to use. The attached photos will help you form your own opinion.

The house has a fantastic location right on the beach and even if you're not there in summer, you can go on wonderful walks from there.We were there in winter and were able to relax really well.I'm already looking forward to the next visit.

Very nice place. Well furnished. Very clean. Convenient garage parking. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is due to the layout of the bedrooms, where one bedroom was partially open to the rest of the apartment and you had to pass through one bedroom to get to the other.

Absolutely great, as the location is unbeatable right on the beach. Even closer would mean that the Baltic Sea waves would spill into the living room.The landlord is absolutely relaxed and friendly. We were in the apartment with two adults and two children (6 + 8 years old). They could have slept on the folding couch in the living room, but ended up sleeping in our bed.The apartment is absolutely great and functional for two people or a flexible family, and it was absolutely quiet during our visit (Easter 2019).
