I chose this capsule hostel in Amsterdam because of the terrible accommodation costs, and I had a great stay for 4 days and 3 nights.Clean and tidy and friendly staff.Better than most hotels.

I stayed in CityHub Amsterdam and it was an amazing experience as the hospitality and the location very strategic for you to travel around the city of Amsterdam. It is also not far from the public transportation and restaurants. The room was very clean and the amenities are complete. Such a good option to stay for your holiday in Amsterdam!

The staffs are super friendly, reliable, and helpful. The room was clean, all the amenities & supplies matched the descriptions. They also have a nice & spacious lobby, so me & my friends stuffs are not packed. Had a pleasant stay, definitely would recommend this place!

the room was great and incredible, it was super clean and comfortable to the point that i slept so good during my stay here. the shower works well and the staffs were all good and kind, gave such the best hospitality. definitely recommend this place and iāll obviously come to visit again here if i ever find myself visiting amsterdam in the near future. thank you so much!āŗļøāŗļø

Absolutely loved this hostel in Amsterdam! The location is spot-on for exploring everything right in the middle of the city. The receptionist was the nicest, friendliest person ever, making the whole check-in experience feel so welcoming and easy.the vibes here are super cozy and chill, the showers were AMAZINGG! So clean and stocked with everything you need. If you're looking for a place thatās comfy, clean, and in the perfect spot u should def check this 1

Incredible atmosphere, room larger than expected and very comfortable bedding. Everything is available for our comfort. Small downside on the relatively out-of-the-way location, without it being problematic. On the other hand, sound insulation is not absolute either, even if everyone is respectful it is not impossible to hear your neighbor's alarm clock.

I stayed here for three nights in September and absolutely loved my stay. The staff were attentive, bathroom and shower facilities were very clean and so was the room. The hangout area was great as well to order food to and hang around before the flight where we could also keep our suitcases in lockers for free.During our day there was a short power outage and also an issue with our lights in the hub despite this the staff were very helpful and communicative. We were even refunded for our use of the bar due to the lighting issue! All in all we had a wonderful stay at CityHub Amsterdam and I will definitely stay in a CityHub again when I go to the Netherlands, thank you! :)

Iām glad I stayed here!I had to pivot last minute as my other hotel I had booked was disgusting and had a lot of reviews about bed bugs so I quickly booked CityHub as an alternative. Iād already stayed in CityHub Copenhagen so I knew what to expect.The one is Copenhagen is definitely more modern and has better facilities, as a few other reviews pointed out, but otherwise this place is great. The bed is spacious and quiet and I personally recommend the bottom bunk as I find itās a bit easy to get around in.The bathrooms and showers are very well equipped and the staff members are incredibly helpful and friendly to top it all off.The location is slightly out of the way but with public transport you can get around super quickly. You canāt go wrong with this place!

Visited this CityHub location for the third time 10/10 - 15/10 and as always it was a fantastic stay! The hotel is fun, modern, friendly, and unique, and I cannot say enough good things. The common areas are cozy and nifty (self serve Heineken is an MVP), the bracelet entry and billing system is beyond convenient, and everyone from housekeeping to the city hosts are doing a fantastic job to make it as lovely an experience as possible. Special shoutout to Sarah and Sybren (and Herman)!

Unfortunately, these pods are way too small. It's advertised on the website that it can fit two people, however, it doesn't. Due to the lack of proper stairs, since we were in a top pod, my fiancƩ fell off the bed and became injured as a result. We spent the entirety of our visit with him in pain and we were not able to enjoy our time there.There was a constant stench of cannabis in our pod and the separate bathrooms weren't ideal being on the top pod.We will not be returning.

This hostel is super nice with a very cool building design. The hostel offers a lot of amenities, including free towels, heaters, and lockers that you can use even after you have checked out. Their bike rental rates are also reasonable and the bikes are good quality.I loved that all of the pods were private, since a private room is usually very expensive. The bed was big enough to fit two people which helped cut down on the per person cost. Rooms and facilities were clean and the bathrooms/showers were very nice. Great location and the staff were super friendly. They also have a resident black cat named Herman who is very cute.

CityHub as a concept, i do love, and Iāve been to Copenhagen as well!Unfortunately the one in Amsterdam does not seem to be as good as the newer ones. The Lights donāt work or when they do itās only 1 color (not what they advertise on their social media) and everything seems very old and worn down.The hosts were still amazing as ever, especially Sibren and Tijmen who helped sort me out with a new room and loads od tips!Would stay again for the concept.

I liked the individual pods for rooms. Built in Bluetooth speakers and mood lighting make for a very comfy quarters.
Perfect for a solo traveler, might be a bit crowded for 2 or 3 people!
