We were able to stay in Petit Chalet number 15B for 4 days.It was relatively easy to find with the help of pictures and access was easy thanks to the key box.The accommodation was modern and completely adequately furnished, but there were some deficiencies:- Cleanliness in the corners of the room and especially in the shower- Dishes partly dirty- Cushion completely “flat”- Little things like salt and pepper not available or emptyA big plus point was the view and the tranquility that the lake radiated. You could go on great walks or stop off at a café.Of course, there is still a lot of expansion in this corner, but that didn't bother us personally. Conclusion: great location, but price-performance rather low.

I stayed in Chalet 14b. The apartment consists of 2 rooms. On the one hand there is a room that is a bedroom, kitchen and living room in one and on the other hand there is a bathroom. There is also a terrace available. From this you have a bit of a lake view.Overall, the apartment is well furnished, everything you need is there. Before I arrived I received all the information I needed. Only the directions were a bit difficult to understand, but photos that were sent in advance helped.A stay in a Petit Chalets holiday apartment is definitely worth it!

We spent a total of four nights in the Petit Chalet on Lake Hainer over the turn of the year 2022/23.When we arrived, we unfortunately discovered that both of the apartments we had booked were in a terrible state of cleaning! There was dust almost everywhere, especially on the extractor hood and under the bed in one of the bedrooms, which had probably not been vacuumed/mopped for months, as well as on the cupboards and lamps in all rooms. The kitchen was also poorly cleaned, the sink had barely been cleaned, there was still pasta in the sink, the oven was very dirty and a lot of the dishes had to be put in the dishwasher before they could be used. The shower heads in the bathrooms were dirty and calcified, and in the bathroom in the lower apartment even the toilet bowl still had brown traces!Cobwebs could also be found in various places, and the large glass panes on the balcony were also heavily smeared. We immediately documented this condition and sent numerous photos to the administration - after consultation with the cleaning company, we were only offered a refund of the final cleaning amounting to €50, which is absolutely inappropriate given the serious cleaning deficiencies! To date (over half a year after our stay), the woman who is responsible for managing the apartments has not managed to ensure that at least the promised reimbursement of the final cleaning costs has been made, despite frequent requests/reminders.Even writing to the owners themselves didn't help - no response, no apology.Absolutely no recommendation, people are digging deep into their pockets for zero cleanliness and no service. It's not possible to find such a clean condition upon arrival - and especially not in this price category! The nice location doesn't help much either...

Thank you for the lovely stay in December. The apartment is great and nothing was missing. Everything was well organized from booking to departure. We were looking forward to the fireplace, but we didn't need it because we had wonderful winter weather with sunshine all week. The sun warmed everything up so beautifully through the large windows. The biggest highlight is the view of the lake with sunrise and sunset, plus the ducks and swans.A pot of coffee with it is vacation and relaxation. Unfortunately we haven't managed to walk all the way around the lake yet, but we'll definitely be back.

The apartments themselves, as well as the “inner courtyard” are decorated with great attention to detail. The chalets offer a great location, directly on Lake Hainer. Perfect for a little break!

Small but very nice apartment with a beautiful terrace and right by the water. I would particularly like to highlight:+ super clean + super modern + great water quality of Lake Hainer + great contact person (Mr. Peßler)Lake Hainer is ideal for switching off. However, you should take swimming shoes with you. The entry into the water is very rocky. The nearest location is about 20 minutes away on foot. However, highly recommended because the quality of the food etc. is very good. All we can say about the construction sites is:Yes, there is construction going on, but we didn't notice any construction noise. We will be back!

We are very disappointed. We booked the Petit Chalet before the lockdown and already paid half the price. Although it had been known for a long time that there was a ban on accommodation and of course we hadn't traveled, we were asked to pay the remaining half as well. We then had to wait about 7 weeks to get it back despite contacting us several times. And then €25 “processing fees” were withheld!
