Contrary to all the positive reviews, we were there today because last year we had extremely friendly, good service and a great meal. Accordingly, we were there this year with these requirements. We were left to sit in the winter garden in the extreme heat for half an hour for free, after which we were told that we could kindly leave because there was no food available outside the house. Bottom step, never again!!!!!!!

Great place to have something to eat. Simple menu with local dishes. Served by two nice girls. The tables were “full”; several large tables with only 1 person, so they said you can sit somewhere... so we did. Felt strange. Chatted with a local resident who may see this restaurant as a favorite pub. Received some tips from him to take a look.

The host is a real grouch.Can't really control it. Especially when it's busy. We had to wait almost an hour before we got the salad, the rest of the food came half an hour later.The food was fine. Nothing wrong with that.Turning guests away when there are noneI think the opening hours for the kitchen are not neat and very customer unfriendly.

We ate there and sat in the beer garden. The food was fresh and really good and tasty, I can only recommend it. The conditions were friendly and nice and brought the drinks to the table quickly

Had a delicious meal here twice! Everything fresh and prepared with care. Take your time because preparing with care takes time. Don't expect a hip modern environment. Here you simply eat well, in a quiet and friendly family business and at very reasonable prices.

Had a family reunion there with a larger group. The meeting was announced weeks in advance by my uncle. When we arrived, there wasn't even coffee prepared, even though it was announced that we would be coming for coffee and cake in the afternoon, and we even waited outside for 20 minutes because not all of us were there yet. In the evening there was food and in good restaurants you can assume that you are prepared, but that was not the case. One half of the table had the food and side dishes on the plates, while the other half of the table still had to wait. The food wasn't even really warm - but tasted very good. Towards the end the innkeeper came with a plate of side dishes and said loudly: “That’s enough now”. A cousin of mine was previously approached with “I have to take care of my other guests now.” The service was totally unfriendly and clearly in need of improvement and that's why we only get these 2 stars! This restaurant deserves such a good rating if you treat people the way we did and it wasn't the first time we've been here, but 3 times before!

I can only recommend a very nice restaurant, the best food (eat like your mother eats). We have been here for 3 months now and look forward to the extensive breakfast every morning. Great service. A very big compliment to the cook 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

A good middle-class inn, with delicious food, 😋 beer garden and very nice sisters who have the service under control..... We'll be happy to be there again on our next vacation in the Schwabenmühle.....

Beautiful rustic country restaurant with hearty food. Nice service and, above all, for me the best schnitzel and fries far and wide. The salads are also very fresh and crunchy. Here the schnitzels are beaten by hand and fried in the pan, which is rather rare these days. We would be happy to come back.
