We had two appointments (Starlight Express and one in Düsseldorf). Hattingen is a cute little town with a beautiful city center. This apartment is in a very quiet location for this region. The view of the Ruhr is very beautiful.The apartment itself is very stylish and harmoniously furnished and is up to date (October 2024). We (family with two teenagers) felt very comfortable and if we came to this area again it would be our first choice. Thanks to the hosts.

In addition to the beautiful view from this accommodation, I was also able to briefly meet the landlords.When I was on the way to pick up my friend for her wedding so we could get ready together, I met our landlords and told them about the plans for the day.As a small gift, we were given a chilled bottle of champagne to calm our nervousness. A really lovely gesture and spontaneous attention for the special day.In the event that more beds were needed, I was immediately offered that some more could be prepared.All in all a really great accommodation with very nice landlords.Thanks!

Well organized, very clean, furnishings ok. Parking in front of the house. Very quiet, nice view, surrounding towns close. Somewhat limited by the Wittener Straße construction site.

Very nice apartment, especially the view of the landscape including the lake is unique, when we arrived everything was very nicely prepared including chocolate and eggs from the chickens in the garden enclosure, the entire apartment including the bathrooms was very clean, only the many cracks between them Wooden floorboards on the floor don't seem so hygienic, another small drawback: when the toilet is flushed, everyone in the bedroom is awake, the sound is quite transmitted. The landlords are extremely friendly and helpful, all the necessary information is provided in advance, and you can easily get into the apartment directly upon arrival with an entrance code. Conclusion: overall, really recommendable.

My friend and I booked the holiday apartment for 2 nights to relax and unwind. We were very satisfied with the accommodation. It has a wonderful view, offers plenty of space and contains everything you need (towels, bed linen already made, oil, some spices, dishwasher tablets, etc.). Everything was very clean and invitingly decorated, and communication with the hosts was also uncomplicated, so overall we felt very comfortable. :)

The apartment is wonderfully located, supermarket nearby as well as beautiful hiking trails and the view is fantastic.We arrived and immediately felt at home.The apartment is very modern and comfortably furnished.The kitchen is fully equipped and ideal for cooking.In general, everything is very nicely decorated and absolutely clean.We can only recommend this holiday home and will definitely come back.

The holiday apartment is great and leaves nothing to be desired.Air conditioning units are even available for hot days.The apartment is very clean and cozy, from the balcony you have a great view of the nearby lake.You are in the middle of the Ruhr area and yet in the middle of nature.Ideal as a location because from there you can visit all the highlights relatively close in all directions.The hosts are really nice and accommodating - no questions remain unanswered.We felt very comfortable and would love to come back 👍❤

A very nice, quiet apartment with all amenities and a great view.A visit to the historic center of Hattingen is highly recommended, because of the beautiful half-timbered houses there.You can start beautiful cycling and walking tours directly from the apartment.In short, perfect with landlords who are ready to help you if you have any questions.
