Thank you very much the Schönach family. We had a great holiday after 20 years back at your farm with our grandchild and his mother. The large holiday apartment with good facilities, even a dishwasher. Thank you also for the little touches, such as jam to try, sweets, speed on the bedside table... Our grandson was very impressed by the animals (chickens, cows, horses), and he loved and fed the horses most of all. We were able to go on great trips, Alpspitze, Eibsee Kuhfluss..., we felt very comfortable. Her whole family was always very friendly and open to questions and conversations.

The apartment is spacious and meets all expectations. Towels, toilet paper, spices, bedding, etc. Everything is provided. Nice spacious balcony.There is a go-kart and trampoline for the children. And they can watch and help on the farm. The highlight for our daughters was horse riding. A lesson in the box and even a ride outside.Very friendly owners.Location very quiet.

We were at the Höllensteinhof during the autumn holidays and spent a great and relaxing week with our children. Located between Garmisch Partenkirchen and Murnau, we were able to reach many destinations very quickly (e.g. Zugspitze, Glentleiten open-air museum, Linderhof Castle).The Schönach family gave us a very warm welcome. Our children were allowed to work on the farm or just watch. There were various rides, a trampoline and a swing.The family always had an open ear and we felt very welcome and comfortable.We can recommend the holiday farm 100%!

We found a great, clean and well-equipped apartment. The apartment is well furnished, everything from peelers to egg cups to meat tenderizers, kitchen towels, Zewa and facial tissues are available. The Schönach family was very friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the evening beer with our daughter Barbara. We were allowed to help milk the cows, collect eggs and corral the chickens.A special thank you also goes to Andrea, she sweetened our daughter's holiday with lots of riding lessons and rides.We had a great time.

We had a wonderful week of vacation. There is everything you need in the holiday apartment. Even towels and bed linen are provided. The bread roll service is really great. The landlords are very friendly. We felt very comfortable there and would come back at any time.

We were warmly welcomed upon arrival and were shown the barn with the play equipment. The apartment was super clean and had everything you needed. The entire Schönach family was always friendly and always had time for a chat. The children were always allowed to watch the milking and Barbara also explained to the children how everything worked. Unfortunately, the week of vacation flew by, but it was super relaxing and we felt comfortable at the Höllensteinhof at all times.

We were lucky enough to be able to spend a few relaxing days in the Schönach family's holiday apartment from June 11th to 16th, 2022. Every day from the Höllensteinhof we went on closer or longer motorcycle tours (Zugspitz region, Neuschwanstein Castle, Timmelsjoch).As we found out from Jakob and Christine, we were the first bikers in their house (so it's even an insider tip 😉). The two of them were always concerned about our well-being and provided us with eggs and bacon from the farm. We got to know and appreciate each other in a personal conversation in the evening.We especially held your daughter Barbara very close to our hearts, as we certainly made her very happy with an evening light-up ride in the two Honda Goldwings and the BMW.Our conclusion: We would be happy to come back and remain with best regards from the Spreewald.Karsten, Roland and (Uncle) Dieter👍👍P. S. We are still waiting eagerly for a few pictures of your parade in Eschenlohe.

The apartment is very spacious and very clean, the kitchen is well equipped (dishwasher, plenty of cutlery, glasses, crockery), modernly furnished and complemented by a great balcony. The farm is a paradise for children (in addition to the animals, the large trampoline is an absolute highlight), you can quickly reach all hiking routes and sights in the area, shopping opportunities are in the immediate vicinity (approx. 10 minutes drive). The family is extremely friendly and personable, very helpful and simply great hosts. We'll definitely be back!

The entire reservation process was simply excellent. The holiday apartment is a dream, balcony, lounge, shower, toilet, 2 bedrooms. Everything is very comfortable and the peace and quiet in nature you could only wish for. The Höllensteinhof is also located directly on the “Blue Trail” pilgrimage route. Eschenlohe is very close and can be reached for dinner in a short time. The breakfast is to die for. Whatever your heart desires is available. Our landlady was always approachable and tried very hard to provide us with everything we needed. Best recommendations to every guest. The stay was a dream, in the middle of beautiful nature. Immediately again at any time.

Perfect location for a quiet trip to the mountains. Highly recommended if you care about nature. You can go skiing 20 minutes away. Good care. Sandwiches and eggs are delivered neatly. And a lovely family.But not really suitable for 5 people. 5th bed could certainly be better. This is a minus because it concerns a folding bed with a thin mattress that has to be placed in the living room. Cleaning could also be better. Peanuts were under the table and there was trash in the bedside tables. But oh well, that's all. So we had a great week.

As "repeat offenders" we enjoyed our stay a second time during the autumn holidays. The host family is very friendly and helpful. The children are given the opportunity to work on the farm. We were once again very happy to take advantage of the breakfast and bread roll service. The apartment meets our needs and the location is absolutely quiet and a central starting point for surrounding attractions.
