Room was an absolute highlight, everyone was thrilled. We also thought the breakfast was great. There was a lot to choose from and the coffee was delicious. The playground is great. There is a star deduction for the insane price.

We stayed at this hotel for just one night to visit Legoland park for 2 days (which is more than enough). Our room was a superior family room, with 5 beds (a double bed, an additional single bed and a bunk bed) and we were definitely happy with our choice even though there were 4 of us because there was more space available. The hotel is very cute: it overlooks a courtyard entirely in pirate Lego style, dominated by the pirate vessel and surrounded by a series of buildings that recall the classic Pirates of the Caribbean style settings (tavern, spice warehouse, etc...). The hotel actually consists of two wings and the key must be collected at the central reception where there are both automatic kiosks and the classic desk with staff. Honestly, with the kiosks you can do it first and avoid the queue, so I highly recommend them. We were on the left wing (looking at the center of the court), but it is importantKnowing that the breakfast restaurant is located in the other wing. The room was really spacious and nice and we really appreciated the fact that a small treasure hunt had been set up upon our arrival: the treasure simply consisted of stickers, but my girls were pleasantly entertained. It is not a luxury hotel, but absolutely valid in its simplicity. The level of cleanliness is good, both in the room and in the hotel. The entrance hall is dominated by the mast of a pirate ship reconstructed with bricks: a wonder to behold, for adults and children. The breakfast is very rich, to satisfy palates from all over Europe and the staff in charge is very kind; It doesn't have any memorable dishes but it's hard not to be able to settle for something. In the evening after dinner, it is possible to continue playing up and down the center of the courtyard, on the pirate ship, without problems. If you are considering visiting Legoland and want to stay overnight, I highly recommend it!

The experience at this Hotel (Piratas) has been magnificent. It is close to the park, there is parking nearby, the atmosphere is fabulous, it is very clean, the food is very good, the rooms are amazing. In short, a very good option to stay. Furthermore, outside the hotel it has amazing facilities for the little ones. 100% recommended.

Been here a number of times now after we also visited the castle hotel and a house. This remains our favorite accommodation in the holiday park.Lovely rooms and beds, very spacious. The children have their own room. The breakfast is extensive with some minor drawbacks. The glasses for the juices are really very small. Many people use the tea glasses. I don't really like the taste of the orange juice, but that is personal. The hotel is the second furthest from the entrance to Legoland. If you prefer to be close, the castle hotel is a better option.

What a great hotel!! Super neat, super (child) friendly, delicious food in the restaurant... you name it, everything was great. The children can play safely in front of the hotel but also in the many other playgrounds in the village and on the way to the amusement park. 4 stars because I miss a coffee machine or kettle in the room. You can and may take drinks from the restaurant with you to the room

Very nice Lego-style rooms with a well-secured children's bunk bed and a double bed in a separate room. Everything was very well maintained. A treasure puzzle with 4 stations awaits the children in the hotel - once they have solved it, they can use the code they have obtained to get a treasure from the children's safe. You can eat either in the jungle buffet restaurant or in one of the themed restaurants in the various hotels. The reception is completely digital - you can get the room card from one of the many machines by scanning the QR code or entering the booking number.

We were very positively surprised by the rooms; they look better in real life than in the photos on the internet. It's above all the details that make everything a great experience. There's a treasure hunt for the children. Once you find the right numbers, you can use them to open the safe in the room and there's a surprise. There are stools in the bathroom for the little ones so that they can get to the sink and toilet. Hipp washing foam and shower gel are also there. The children's bunk beds have a Lego plate at the front for building; stones are of course provided. The parents' bed is comfortable, we slept well. The hotel is very clean and pleasantly air-conditioned, great for relaxing even in midsummer after a strenuous day in the park.

Clean and nice but very noisy. Children running and shouting in the hallways until after 10 p.m.
