Unfortunately disappointingWe have been here several times during the year and have been very satisfied. On Boxing Day 2022 today, however, we were disappointed across the board: the service was not interested in the fact that the food (roast suckling pig, roast roast and schnitzel) was hardly or not at all seasoned, that the meat was unfortunately very tough (despite the request for medium rare roast) and the portions very very manageable. So when we roasted the suckling pig there was only a small dumpling. In total, with three drinks and a children's meal, it costs 75 euros.When asked whether we enjoyed it, I politely expressed my disappointment at the taste of the dishes, which was met with a rather uninterested response.Too bad for a Christmas dinner. We will no longer eat here on holidays.

Were here for lunch. Nice and friendly service. The food came quickly and warm to our reserved table. The ox cheeks were delicious, but the mashed potatoes were a finished product and left a bit of an aftertaste. The cheese spaetzle, on the other hand, was world class. The monastery's own beer is also delicious.Ambiance and toilets get full marks.Gladly again, but as I said, pre-order.

We celebrated our civil wedding in September at the Klosterbräuhaus Ursberg. Communication went very well and the food was to die for! Unfortunately we can't rate the rooms because we didn't stay there.5/5 stars - THANK YOU!

We stayed there for the last 3 days to visit Legoland with the children. Since we had already gone to Legoland before arriving at the hotel, I was a little skeptical on the way to the hotel because the route was relatively long (approx. 30 minutes). However, this went away when I saw this really beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly towards the children too. The rooms are huge and very clean, friendly and bright. The food was excellent (breakfast and dinner), the restaurant is cozy. Unfortunately we couldn't use the wellness area due to time constraints. It was too cold and wet for the beer garden but it looked very nice.The parking situation could be solved better, you stand there for 2 hours with a parking disc free of charge, then you have to readjust or if you're unlucky you get a ticket. But it's not all that bad. They were beautiful days and just the surroundings and the sight of this hotel made up for everything else. We felt comfortable.

We were there for lunch on Saturday! We had Kässpatzen, which tasted good, but the cheese looked a bit strange! The cheese sandwich was very good! The orange wine cream cake doesn't taste like orange, just sweet! The chocolate mousse wasn't sparkling either, three different types of ice cream tasted almost the same and the coffee was bitter! Too bad! The service was great, lack of parking spaces if you come with people with mobility problems!

I accompanied a larger church wedding there as a wedding photographer. The wedding itself took place in the monastery church opposite (also beautiful). The champagne reception in the courtyard of the Klosterbräuhaus and the celebration finally in a beautiful hall (see photos) with enough space for the wedding party and a larger five-piece band! Great service and very good food. Overall, a big recommendation!

The hotel is beautifully located, the room is spacious, clean, well-equipped and friendly.Unfortunately it was quite warm in the room at night, the delivery to the hotel began at 5 a.m., which unfortunately woke us up, the engine ran for a long time, noises when unloading and loading.The beer garden is really great with a playground, lots of space, the concept with the menu is brilliant, the service is friendly and professional.The food is good, the prices are fair!

Everything 5 stars: beer garden, food, service, nice spa, own beer…Only the water from the tap is almost boiling. Turn down the temperature, you no longer need the hot water in the brewery.

We celebrated our wedding in Ursberg on May 25th. The organization and communication was excellent from start to finish. From the ladies at reception (Mrs. Horntrich and Ms. Probst) to the trainees in service and the service management (especially Ms. Petrik and Ms. Müller), everyone was extremely professional, helpful, friendly and available to answer any questions. The food was very tasty, the service was very quick and courteous. The rooms were quiet and had a great bathroom. The small touches from the team, such as the champagne in front of our room door and the congratulations from the service the next morning at the delicious breakfast, rounded off our celebration perfectly. The entire organizational process was always very uncomplicated and quick.Many thanks to the whole team for giving us an unforgettable day!We can fully recommend the Klosterbräuhaus Ursberg for celebrations and would be happy to come back!

My review only refers to the beer garden.The beer garden is beautifully landscaped and there is a playground for the children. The food and drinks we had were fine. The serving staff was friendly, hard-working and tried to serve guests quickly.In my opinion, the concept needs to be criticized. Either self-service. Then please do anything. Or service, then please for everything. The mishmash of getting drinks yourself and having food brought (when) only works to a limited extent. Either you get your drinks straight away, then they may be empty again by the time the food arrives. Especially if you come thirsty. Or, you wait with the drinks until the food is there, then the food can be cold by the time you come with the drinks.You can choose cakes from pictures in the kitchen. Why these pictures aren't hung up in the beer garden so that all guests of the beer garden don't have to enter the house for this purpose probably remains a secret among those responsible. Likewise, why on Pentecost Sunday at 3 p.m., i.e. the best coffee drinking time, when the weather was nice, two of the 6 cakes that would be available to choose from could no longer be offered.Coffee is also available at the drinks counter. Unfortunately the filling quantity on the machine was adjusted. As a result, the lady had to press the release button several times to make a cup until the cup was finally full. Of course the coffee was correspondingly strong. When I asked why she didn't just set the filling quantity correctly, I was told that a service employee from the machine manufacturer or installer had already been notified and would be coming in the next few days (after Pentecost).It's like so often. Outside office hours, no responsible person is present in such facilities; temporary staff are left alone to deal with organizational and technical problems and muddle through. In other places, things like this are regulated by the landlord.

Were in the beer garden for dinner today, well what can I say, the waiter/ress isn't in a very work-friendly mood because you haven't been sitting for a minute and then you have to know what you're eating and have to get drinks yourself in that time. For us, food was an absolute disgrace for these abnormal prices and for children's portions you can get a normal portion for the money elsewhere. FOOD WHICH WAS ACTUALLY SUPPOSED TO BE WARM arrived served cold. Sometimes it felt like the food had been sitting there for hours and had to be warmed up again. The main thing was to get it out. Fries should be warm and crunchy and not drowned in fat and taste like old fat. NO GO. The portions are absolutely amazing and a joke. YOU GO HOME HUNGRY FOR EXPENSIVE MONEY. The highlight was the dessert cake with ice cream and the icing on the cake was the mascarpone elderflower, which was simply ruined and inedible. It's a shame actually, a nice beer garden and restaurant but definitely the first and last time.

Great location, nice ambience and everything really clean.The employees are very friendly and accommodating, but the service staff in the restaurant are sometimes really rude and rude. So unfortunately you don't really feel comfortable here as a guest.
